Great location! Easy train access to the train line that takes you to Tokyo Disney, but also very close to Tokyo Station (great shinkansen and airport access). A bit expensive for a short stay in a small room, but that's Tokyo in general. Just be careful, there's another APA Hotel about two blocks from this one so just be mindful you have the right one when searching for the hotel in Google maps.

There was a half-drunk water bottle on the ledge at the head of the bed left from the previous person in our room. It was partially hidden by the curtain, but still it casts doubt on how well the room was cleaned between stays (even though it seemed pretty clean otherwise)

It was clean and comfortable. There were helpful signs in English along with the Japanese directions for things, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The reception staff were lovely and one gentleman assisted us with our TA-Q-BIN which was a straightforward process. Some people might find the room small but we thought it was a comfortable size, not big but not too small either. We had two large suitcases that fitted neatly under the bed.

The space was maximised, room amenities were great, location is very convenient and very safe area.

Double room was small as they are in Tokyo - I was supposed to share with a friend but she cancelled so I had the room all to myself and glad I did. It would have been too small otherwise. But great for a solo traveller or a not too big couple.

the hotel building is new and very clean. Room size is alright for a couple (small size is understandable, common in Tokyo). Staff are accommodating and friendly. Ranged amenities are available in ur room (more complete than some other higher star hotels). Location are super great, in central heart of Tokyo, close to 2 station lines, and also not too far from Tsukiji on foot. Will consider to stay here again when visit JP.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room and overall hotel were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious and well portioned.

Unavoidable due to the room size, however the desk is quite cramped. The bathtub is shaped with a thick lip on the back which catches water and pours it onto the bathroom floor while taking a shower. The breakfast, while delicious, was a bento style so you need to make sure to pick it up before checking out of your room.

Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, great water pressure, friendly staff, great location, good amenities (lots of toiletries, slippers, robes, mini fridge, etc.), every square inch of the room is well planned out to make the most of the very small space

The room is standard with a fair price. The location is great. There are two subway stations nearby, one is connected to downtown and the other can transport to Disneyland. The breakfast is very delicious. Don't miss it if you are not hurried to start your daily plan.

The staff are amazing. All the amenities are there. Sure the room is rather small, but you only need it to sleep. Why are you staying in your room in Tokyo anyway??

The rooms are tiny, even for Tokyo standards. a double room is a little bit roomier, but single rooms are quite small.

The hotel was immaculate and had excellent amenities inside the room. The bed and duvet were comfortable, and the bed linens were crisp and clean.

The towels were thin. The rooms were quite small, and the restaurant was closed 24/7.

Very close to Tsukiji and underground station, staffs are very friendly and the room has lots of facilities
