Convenient location.. a short hike to Tsukiji or Ginza. 7-11 nearby (but face it Lawson, 711, Family Mart etc are everywhere). Short ride to Tokyo Station. Spotless room, comfortable full double bed and adequate amenities Wonderful staff Great value for such a central location... But you don't get a lot of space (or a view) at this price point.

Only 1 elevator. It wasn't an issue really except the 1 time I needed to head out at about 7:30AM. That's rush hour for local business travellers to get to their offices. Even so, it wasn't a ridiculous wait but it is something to at least consider if you're on a schedule.

It was a clean room with a comfortable bed. According to Japanese standards, the bath was sufficiently well-equipped and had a good-sized bathtub. It was a relatively quiet environment, and the position was okay.

The staff was unable to speak English. All five people of the staff in front of me at check-in could not have a conversation other than the sentences they memorized. I had to call someone capable of speaking Japanese to explain to them what I needed (holding my languages for a couple of hours before check-in)

I stayed 4 days in July and the hotel was an excellent choice. Walking distance from a metro station with plenty of restaurants around in the Ginza neighborhood - very quiet location. The hotel room was small but super comfy. Plenty of toiletries, a kimono bathrobe and slippers. The AC was quite good for that July heat. The heated bathroom mirror made sure that there would be little steam or humidity after showering, very smart and convenient in a small space. The bed was more the size of Full/Queen bed so for couples, it is a snug fit. Staff was very helpful and nice. All in all, I recommend.

The elevator did not have AC in it so quite hot while using it.

Extra service provided to us is great. Our luggage was safe-kept for us while we went to Hokkaido. Staff was too kind to get us taxis. Value for money is great too. There are good restaurants around the area.

It's a bit far from the train station, and it's easily confused with another hotel with almost the same name. I undertstand that space is expensive in Japan, so the room is a bit tight, and bed is not that comfortable for 2 people.

Not my first time here. I like this place because the really near station and the quiet zone not far from the center of Ginza. Standard APA hotel with a good staff and comfortable rooms.

If I have to say something...well, the wall is very thin, you can hear not only the cleaning staff's movements in the very early morning but also have some strong earthquakelike vibrations if the neighbors hit the wall, drop a bag or close a door. However it is not so uncommon in Japanese hotels due the problem of real earthquakes that requires flexible building.

The location was in a nice neighborhood with local restaurants & shops. It was close walking distance to the subway. The rooms were typical Japanese style, small and compact. They were accommodating with luggage storage.

The check in process as at a kiosk that wasn't super user friendly. I would have preferred a person to assist with the check in process.

Toiletries. Bathroom. They provided us with what we need. The location is good close to almost all places.

Communication. Few staff understand English. We asked how to get to Tokyo Air station and nobody knew until it was time for us to go home, we were handed directions on how to go to that station and it was too late we already hired a private van. We're so sad to spend so much compared if we took the taxi.

The coffee for breakfast is very good. Coffee produced by professional coffee machines, multiple options, too. People who don’t drink coffee can also choose hot milk or juice.

There is no change in the breakfast staples. They are all bread with vegetables and eggs. They are the same every day. This is the only drawback.

Helpful reception that used a translator. Good communication. Breakfast was good; It's 1 sandwich, 1 drink/coffee, and greek yogurt - I personally didn't feel like it was worth $ 12 AUD.

There's one elevator in the building, but this didn't impact my journey that much.
