Tub in room was larger than other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Had storage under the bed for the suitcases since the room is definitely small. It has shampoo, conditioner, razor, face wash, etc for use! People up front spoke well enough English and we're very accommodating! We got breakfast with our stay and it was pretty good. Area is a very nice, kind of fancier area with designer clothes stores nearby. But area was much quieter than anywhere else we've been in Japan. Close to 7 eleven, near the ginza track for ease of getting around, restaurant right outside!
The breakfast choice we made in advance and sometimes we got the drinks, sometimes we didn't. But it really wasn't a big deal. Husband didn't mind the bed, I'm a side sleeper and he's a back sleeper.

The location is close to Y station, which can connect to other lines easily. You can walk to Ginza 6 which is about 750 meters from the hotel. I recommend the Thai restaurant in front of the hotel, or you could grab the map in the front desk, it was awesome. The front desk people are very kind and polite, they respond to your message in the chat quickly. The room not quite big but comfy enough, bathroom is big and divide a shower space like Onsen. I stay there for 5 nights, only one day that we can cleaning up the room, but they are hanging a new towel for you every day. There is a 7-Eleven nearby but no vending machine in the hotel. Equipment: Hair dryer, Boiler, fridge, and chargers .
The breakfast They only provided you a bagel with blueberry or ham with tea which I think it could be more choices or daily changes since I stay for 5 days all I had was Bagel. It could be like Monday is sandwich ham&cheese, Tuesday is Onikiri, and next so-and-so. It would be more of courtesy for a long stay traveler or a businessman to have a variety of meal in each day.

The breakfast was simple - bagel sandwich and a bag of tea. But it was tasty and served its purpose. The location was great - 3 minute walk to the nearest rail station or 15 min walk to the main Ginza area where you could take other rails. The area was quiet in the evenings and the mornings which allowed for a good nights rest. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our room, overall stay, and transportation. Staff also brought us clean towels everyday and we were able to fit our 26” suitcases under the bed.
The size of the room was small but I think that was expected. It would have been inconvenient if we spent more time at the hotel but since we spent most of our day out exploring it didn’t matter as much.

Excellent location: ○ A minute walk to Shintomicho Station and 10 minutes walk to Asakusa Station. Enough to get you anywhere through Tokyo and Haneda Airport ○ Minute walk from the closest Seven-Eleven (right next to Shintomicho Station) and there are Family Marts around as well. ○ Roughly 2 minutes walk from the two nearby laundromats Staff: ○ Super friendly and helpful. Really made my stay more enjoyable just having general chats with them and asking for restaurant recommendations. Room: ○ Spacious bathroom and rooms were very clean
Room: ○ Small rooms. There was space underneath the beds for you to put suitcases/luggage into but if they were too big (like mines) then the already small rooms would become more cramped. ○ The smoking rooms had that smoky smell permeate from other rooms.

The rooms are small but excellent; they have plenty of space under the bed for luggage. The bathroom is fantastic, they have a large shower+bath combination that I looked forward to every day after a long day of excursion. The staff were extremely helpful as well, holding our luggage both before and after checkout (before our flight in the afternoon).
The pillows are quite firm, but still comfortable in my opinion. It's on a quiet street so if you are looking for active nightlife, this may not be for you, but personally we liked that as well :)

Actually everything was really great. Good location, very small room but it has everything a room needs. The bathroom is perfect, with a bathtub. I really think this place was amazing in every way. The staff was very friendly and they served a simple breakfast where you get to chose between 2 different bagels and tea. The sweet chocolate honey was super. I would stay here again.
Maybe a third alternative for a bagel.

My daughter and I stayed in this room for a night. Its a small room, but it has a large bathroom and large tub/shower. The largest bathrooms of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful and speak good english. The location is a couple blocks from Ginza shopping area and its about half a block to the subway station. I recommend it if you are good with a bit of a cramped room (but still larger than a couple of the rooms we stayed in.

Comfortable and convenient. 2 mins walk to nearest metro. Walkable to Tsukiji Market and Ginza. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large shower and bathroom. Have good food and convenient stores nearby. Simple and basic that meets my needs.
No drinking bar within the property. Very small compact lobby that is no larger than my room size.

Great location, just around the corner from the subway. Hotel held our luggage prior to our arrival, which we had had forwarded from Kyoto. On day of departure, the hotel again held our luggage after checkout while we did a last minute outing. Proximity to Tsukiji outer market, also easy to get to TeamLab Planets, and one ride away from Tokyo station.
The space felt cramped, but I think this is usual for accommodations in Tokyo.

Perfect hotel, location is very good very close to Ginza, we walked everyday. Personal is very good, they have different kabels to charge phone if you forgot it. I really liked room, bed is perfect. One moment hotel not clean rooms but they give everyday clean towels. I really liked hotel and you can smoke in room.
