Great for those looking to do everything in Tokyo, Conveniently located near Yotsuya station you’ve got direct trains to all over Tokyo and even neighbouring cities like Yokohama your never less then 2-3 trains away from all ends of Tokyo. Room is small but exactly what you need with great showering facilities and appliances for all your needs. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Tokyo but not pay the central prices as it’s cheap and convenient but high quality.

There was a slight issue with the bath in our room where when you’ve had a shower because the floor panels hadn’t been secured down it caused there to be slight leakage around the bath and shower area, not end of the world but a little inconvenient if your showering and causing the bath mat and any towels/ clothing on the floor getting very wet meaning they need to be dried, but made reception aware of this right away and attempted to fix for us.

This was our first trip to Japan, we came from France and loved our stay at the Keihan hotel. The place was really nice, very clean, and comfortable in every little detail. The bed was perfect, the room well appointed, and it has more equipment than expected. The staff is the main value for us, always attentive, kind and available. We really felt valued as a customer, it was amazing. The possibility of having breakfast and meals in the restaurant at the entrance is appreciable, as well as being of really good quality. If we come back to Tokyo, I think we'll come back to the Keihan too. Thanks you to the hotel for these qualities of service. It was great experience.

Close to train and disability friendly, great shower.

There is a need to improve the breakfast, many of the items that were supposed to be 'hot' (eg: bacon, eggs, pasta, fish, chicken, chips) were cold. On Friday we mentioned this to the staff and asked that my husband's food be reheated and that they check their equipment as it was not keeping food warm let alone hot. The following day we were surprised to find that nothing had changed. I spoke to the staff member who seemed to be more senior and was told they were very sorry, staff busily checked that the equipment was connected, but I don't think it was working at all. We declined having food reheated as it was not pleasant the previous day.

Location was nice, very close to Tokyo metro and JR lines at Yotsuya station (about 5 minutes walk) which is generally very central to connect to all landmarks of Tokyo. Room was clean, facing the main street but was nice and quite. Plenty of in-room amenities, plus they have an takeaway bar with toiletries, teas, etc in the lobby so you can stock up with what you need without needing to bother the staff. Also, big shoutout to the helpful staff who assisted us greatly in contacting the lost and found centres for the Tokyo Metro which english would have proven challenging; we recognized they put in good effort to help us communicate our needs.

Room was relatively small. Single room with double occupancy was crammed with bed cornered and little room for 2 mid sized luggages on the floor.

Room was bigger than average for this class of business hotel. Facilities were good, and pillows and bed were quite comfortable. The window shades were also very effective for blocking light and opening for getting morning/afternoon sunlight. Dimmer lamp by the bed was especially welcome, as well as the small bedside table. Bathroom was also large and well-appointed.

The room humidifier/air purifier had a broken front panel and we could not secure it properly after changing the water tank. Room soundproofing was not excellent, could easily hear voices from other guests talking and laughing in the hall, even in the 7-9 am hours.

The staff was super friendly, they even went above and beyond to help us with an issue related to Amazon packages and the hotel address. They schedule a taxi and find out the price for us. Despite not speaking English fluently the staff is super friendly and helpful, and we were able to understand each other with our poor Japanese and google translate. The room was great and clean, the location was perfect 3 minutes walk from Yotsuya Station which is a not-so-busy station.

Staff could improve a little bit more on English but not a big deal. Breakfast should be a little bit more "international" Fried chicken is not the Western idea of breakfast, but we understand it's aimed at Asian audiences. Adding eggs, bread, and pancakes would make a huge difference. There are French places nearby to have breakfast and we end up doing that after a few days.

It’s actually my second time staying in this hotel and I would definitely book again for future trips. The location is extremely convenient and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed during winter and I think they set the air conditioning into a certain temperature because even after we tried to lower it, it was still warmer than we preferred. It wasn’t uncomfortable in the evening but it could get warm in the morning.

I liked how friendly and professional the staff were. All of the ones I met, throughout my stay, was always very helpful. I love how close the hotel was to the train stations and how close it was to everything (convenience stores, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.), in general. I loved that personal care was provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body wash towel, face care, etc), it saved the stress of having to go buy everything, as I arrived and got myself settled. The checking in and out process was easy and staff was always available to help, when needed. The room was clean and kept clean throughout the entire stay! We were even given complementary hotel water bottles, every time we used their eco cleaning option, where on days that they don’t deep clean our room, they take out the garbage/recycling, change to fresh/clean towels, and remake the bed. I love that the hotel provides sleepwear as I forgot to pack it, so it was appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied and felt very comfortable staying at the hotel. It began to feel like a second, small home.

The bed felt very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. I appreciated that there were two types of pillows available (one very soft and one very stiff) but both were uncomfortable to use, for me, as a side and back sleeper. It made my neck and shoulders hurt on most days.

Location was excellent. Far enough out of the centre of town to be quiet but close enough access by a short train ride or a leisurely walk. Plenty of shops around for what extras we needed. Plenty of excellent food options in any direction. Staff were great, property in general was clean, tidy and well maintained.

Buffet breakfast was ok but lacked imagination and not replenished often. Either get there early, ask for the missing items or not take the option when booking.

Decent hotel, good value choice for Tokyo around €100 per night. Yotsuya metro station is only 300m away with 2 metro and 1 JR train lines. Convenient in-between main visit areas of Tokyo. The small but for Japanese hotels medium sized room has a desk and chair, which is already more than most hotel rooms have space for in this price range in central Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was limited but enough to get you started.
