The location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Has a small mall nearby. The two subway lines and the JR line makes it perfect for the daily commute. We also loved the view from the balcony, our room, it was spacious, and was equipped with a perfect kitchenette.

The ice machine wasn't functional. Neither was the coffee machine at the lounge.

The location was good, near the Yotsuya station, and near all kind of restaurants. The room was very good, big enough, with small kitchen, and wassing machine.

The breakfast was awfull. You needed to wait until the staff opened a kind of box. Then you had to take a basket and put the breakfast in that that basket and eat it at your room. If you are with friends it is not at all enjoyable. And the quality of the breakfast was cold and not at all good for the price of 1320 Yen. At the café near the hotel you could have fresh food and coffee for less money.

Room was big compared to other hotels. Bed was comfortable. In room washer and dryer is convenient. Hotel was next to a mini supermarket which was very convenient.

The room was not cleaned well when we arrived. Empty bottle and other items and rubbish under the sofa and bed. Reception offered another room but it had a terrible musty/smoky smell and offered no other rooms. We stayed in the same room and they did a clean the next day but still left one item under the sofa. The Ottoman was also very stained.

The hotel is located a short walk from Yotsuya station, which itself is one stop from Ochanomizu on JR rapid, and 4 stops to Shinjuku Sta. on the Marunouchi Line. It's very close to a lot of places one might like to visit while staying in Tokyo, so scores highly for convenience in my books. I stayed in the hotel twice during my trip, first from Dec 20-25, and then again from Jan 1-3. The second room was slightly larger than the first, and had a fantastic view, able to see Mt. Fuji on a clear day. Both rooms had a comfortable, good size double bed, good bathroom with toilet, shower/bath, and a washer/dryer as well as a fridge. A small couch was also present in both, with a table in the second. Pajamas and fresh towels were provided daily. Housekeeping for the room itself, bedding, etc., is not provided for stays less than 6 days. Check-in is from 3pm, check-out at 11am. Early check-in and late check-outs are also available for a fee.

Check-in time of 3pm can be inconvenient depending on your flight arrival or check-out time from other hotels, given that check-out is normally 11am. This is however, standard for Japan, and the hotel does offer early/late check-in/out if the room is available at the time. I'd also like the option to have bedding changed for a shorter stay than 6 days.

Located very near the centre of Tokyo, and just a few steps from Yotsuya station, which offers easy access to the most important metro locations. The hotel itself is very easy to spot. Clean rooms with many amenities, and everything was working properly. Very near plenty of 24h markets. Nice and helpful staff.

They only offer towel service, no room clean up. I'm not sure there's paid service for that though. Staff was very nice but the English could be sharper, took a while to communicate simple things. Lack of Type C outlet adaptors for European travellers like myself.

The location is good, a 5 minute walk from Yotsuya station, with a Family Mart directly underneath and lots of restuarants a few minutes walk away. The room surpassed our expectations – it was very spacious, especially for Tokyo! Lots of storage and a lovely lounge area. We appreciated it even more after staying in some very cramped places the previous few nights. The bed was big and comfy, and the south-facing view from the balcony was fantastic. Check-in and out was very easy and straight forward with English speaking staff.

They changed our towels every day which seemed quite excessive. The bath drain got clogged and was very slow-draining after just one shower. No tea or coffee provided in the room either which was a shame but not that big a deal.

The hotel was quite perfect for the kind of stay I enjoy : many food options in the neighbourhood as I have restrictions in my diet (bless Atré !), Yotsuya station around 7 minutes away from the hotel and several train and subway lines there, a marvelous view (!) towards the completely quiet neighbourhood at the back of the hotel, a balcony and a very spacious room for Tokyo. The washing machine and the microwave are a real plus ! (Although a communal washing machine area would make more sense...)

The cleanliness of the room could be worked on (not the bedsheets or the towels, more the flooring areas). I think what I really appreciated makes it difficult for the hotel to make sure the cleanliness is on point. Since there is so much available for the guest to use inside the room, it is too much to clean for the staff in not enough time. The bathroom is a bit ancient as well (although fully usable).

Great location with metro and JR. Convenience stores nearby. Great for longer stays without the inconvenience of someone entering your room every day.

Found my room with some dust and floor was not properly cleaned under desk or corners. Nothing major but more attention to detail should be added during cleaning.

Longish stay for full cleaning? Size of refrigerator small-- nearly filled by my medicines; restaurant? Negatives. Cost a little lower would raise eating +1.5

Great location, a 5 minute walk to the station. Lots of shops & restaurants in the area. Rooms refreshed every 3 days of our 13 day stay. The mini kitchen and in room washing machine were very useful.

Great hotel and overall very clean , however the rooms were let down by being very dusty for the whole of our stay which is reflected in the score😕.
