This was a very cool hotel. An extremely comfortable room with an elegant feel. The bathroom was awesome. Didn’t feel the least bit cramped though the room might have been slightly smaller. The decor was incredibly charming. The staff were courteous and they had plenty of amenities available. It felt separate from the surrounding area, like it was from a much fancier time and place. The station is a pretty close walk. I think it would be a nice place to stay for a few nights in a row.

The WiFi was a bit dodgy at times.

everything: starting from the excellent staff, both in reception and cleaning, reaching to the room dimension and furniture inside. bed really comfortable and pillow hardness like i love. headbox light is really a such nice feature and not common. soaps reloaded daily, same for optionals

unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof: i could clearly hear people outside the door and up on my head. but that's a common point all over the world, if i remember correctly, i only found 1 place in my whole life really soundproof

Close to the station. Staff very polite. Room was clean. Bathroom was mostly clean.

Only dirty part was in the corner in the toilet underneath the sink - just a dusty cobweb. Everywhere else was clean though.

Carpet in elevators look so sloppy/dirty, should be replaced. Thats the only thing I could find.

staff went over and beyond exceptional for being accommodating. your staff is like for 5-star service. very nice. very helpful. this hotel is like a 4-star in my rating. train is 5 minutes walk. Family mart is 1min walk or less. restaurants are all over the place.

The room is bigger than the average room in Tokyo. The bathroom is great. The location is great as it is near Nishikasai train station. There is a nearby supermarket where you can buy water and food. There is a nearby 7eleven, Family Mart, and Lawson. There are restaurants at Nishikasai station. You don't need to bring a hair dryer as it is included in the amenities. The toilet is modern (Toto Washlet). You can request safekeeping for your luggage prior to your check in if you came in earlier than the check in time (3:00pm). Same when you check out. There is a nearby mail office (near Nishikasai station).

Very clean, organized, and friendly. Close to Nishikasia metro center so can walk to take public transport. Close to convenience stores, restaurants, markets, mall. Everything within walking distance so not isolated. The double bed room was small yet functional. The bed was comfortable. Toothbrush, shower and hairwash gels, slippers, tea and coffee, kettle, mini fridge were provided. Microwave on 7th floor while laundry was on 2nd floor which I don't mind taking elevator to. Location was good - away from noisy tourist attractions. Room was great - had all amenities provided. Quality hotel worth the price and more.

Nice and clean hotel. The rooms were fine, not so big but had everything we needed. The beds were okay, not as hard as other places we sleept in Japan. There are some restaurants nearby such as Indian and Italien and also a supermarket. Only a few minutes walk to the train station. We were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it as good value for money and with an easy access to the different areas of Tokyo.

The air conditioning didn't work in both rooms booked, the hotel changed our rooms, however, it didn't always feel cooled enough (we were told not to go below 24 degrees).

Amazing value! We stayed during Golden Week, when most hotel prices were extremely high, and availability was very limited (especially for rooms that could accommodate a family of four). However, we were very happy to find a great deal for Rembrandt Style Nishikasai Grande. It was spotlessly clean, modern, quiet, and within an easy walk of the train station. Daily servicing and excellent staff. The room was a little bigger than expected and we had enough room to lay out four carry-on suitcases. We actually didn't know anything about the Nishikasai area previously, and only picked this hotel because it was a good price and a relatively short taxi ride from Disneyland, but it was actually ideal. Nice quiet suburban area with parks and green spaces, and it has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Having visited busy areas like Harajuku, Shibuya and Asakusa, we were glad not to be staying amongst all the hectic noise and crowds. However, recommend downloading a train map because you will likely need to change trains a few times to get to the major tourist attractions.

Not sure why, but most hotels in Japan have some hard lumpy bead things inside their pillows. We found them uncomfortable and would have preferred soft pillows. We were happy to find that there was a guest laundry available in the hotel, although it was a combined washer-dryer and the clothes came out only half dry (we hung them in our room to finish drying).
