The rooms were so thoughtfully curated with all the things and space you need as a family. I loved that the windows opened to get fresh air. We were lucky to get a room facing the park and cherry blossoms. Was just a relaxing room to hang out in at the end of a 3 week trip to Japan. The staff were delightful and very helpful. Little touches like some lollies in the room for the kids on arrival, map of the area and instructions to get shuttle buses to Disney and airports, and even a late checkout - we highly recommend.

The area is great access to Disney and a lovely neighborhood to observe daily life in Tokyo but expect to travel approx an hour to get to most sights across Tokyo. This isn’t uncommon for many parts of Tokyo and because we had stayed previously it didn’t matter to us but if you were only staying a couple of nights in total it may not be central enough.

Fantastic hotel; the rooms are a good size by Japanese standards with great facilities for cooking and doing laundry. The room size and facilities were especially good for us travelling as a young family, but would also be great for those travelling as a group who would like to pack lighter and have the option of doing semi/full self-catering. The location was great - 5 minute walk to the train/bus station with a lovely park opposite. There are loads of convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel so you can easily enjoy eating out or easily do self-catering. Kasai station is great for getting into Tokyo - approx 25 minutes to Ueno/Akihabara/Tokyo station and approx 45 - 60 minutes to Shinjuku and West Tokyo. Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Sealife Centre are a short bus ride away directly from Kasai bus station (next to train station). The staff at the hotel were lovely - they were always happy to help out. The staff have English language menus and instructions for those who don't speak Japanese and they were happy to try and translate on the fly for anything else. I speak Japanese, so it wasn't an issue for us but I noted when we arrived and they didn't realise I speak Japanese they made a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and informed in English before they realised we could switch to Japanese.

The rooms were pricy by Japanese standards, but the quality of the hotel, convenience of the area, room facilities and high level of care from the staff mean that you are staying somewhere higher quality and more unique that other mid-priced options. If I was travelling alone or with my partner I'd probably use something cheaper (I'm a traveller that just needs a bed after being out all day). However for travelling with young family or as a group this location is great value for money and provides a much more comfortable and relaxing stay than cheaper options.

The place is so beautiful. From all the places we stayed in JP, this one is the most beautiful. The ground floor has a cafe & flower shop, and the upper floors are for the hotel. Despite it name being hotel, i would say it’s more around one flat-village type for staycation. Everything that you need or you think you dont need is in this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very beautifully decorated. And the best part is the neighborhood around it is very calm, quaint and there’s a small park nearby as well.

The location from the hotel to the nearest station isnt close, but isn’t far either. But seeing we need to bring our luggage to the station by foot, it becomes a huge issue. I would suggest not to pick this place as your last destination so that you dont have to worry about luggage when you check out the hotel. You can send the luggage to the next place to stay and check out free of luggage.

Impeccably designed place, it may be 2-star, as you do pay upfront and the front desk isn't 24-hour staffed, yes, but a big mistake you'd be making if you put this one in the same category as Toyoko Inn. The owner has good taste and pays a lot of attention to every detail - like sparkling utensils, quality bathroom amenities, and a dryer-washing machine that looks unassuming in the photo but turned out to be the easiest to use that I have seen in my travels for a while! Delicious breakfast that you can enjoy in the cafe or in the room, depending on the day. Every staff we have met has been super friendly. Quiet neighborhood, with plenty of food options, didn't see any bike gangs. The big park right next to the building could come in handy in the case of a disaster. A bit far if you are visiting the attractions on the west side of Tokyo but if you need direct access to both airports and Disneyland this location is spot-on.

I can see the double room downstairs being this hotel's "budget" option (and most popular), and I appreciate that the owner made sure it's almost as well-equipped (even with a separate toilet/bath) as the more spacious rooms that accommodate up to 6, but let's face it at 20m2, a Japanese style sleeping area would possibly have worked better.

Absolutely phenomenal rooms and value. Beds were comfortable, amenities included in the room were plentiful, and the whole place had a very cozy feeling that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is out of the way and quiet, though still has plenty around it if you should need it, and all while still being connected to the whole of Tokyo. While the local station is only served by the Tozai line and some busses, it's still lvery easy to get around. The staff was amazing, even going as far as to return a small flower accessory they had found that had fallen off my wife's sweater during our stay. We loved that every time we returned we were greeted by the smells from the flower shop. We absolutely plan to return on our next trip to Tokyo.

We didn't really have anything we disliked! The only thing worth noting is that the location is a little out of the way. While my wife and I considered that a positive, but if you're wanting an extremely well connected stay with minimal transit connection this may not be the place for you.

Staff kindly upgraded my room to the Quadruple Room. Amazing room which is enough for a small family but as a solo traveller it was amazing. the kitchen was large enough to cook a meal, and there is everything you need. You just need to buy ingredients. The room functions like an apartment building, right down to the hot water source which you need to turn on.

Could have explained the hot water needs to be turned on. I waited forever for the hot water until I figured it out. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The place is spacious, clean and pretty. Location is superb and we were fortunate that the park opposite the hotel and the surrounding residential areas blooming with cherry blossoms. The area have lots of eateries, convenient stores and nearby train station. Just loving it. The owner was helpful nd sweet. Good that they operate on the premises, having a cafe and front desk.

The pillows are so hard, not comfortable. Other than that, all are super good.

The room we stayed is so specious and spotless. It also has everything we need and even more, such as a hair straighteners and washing machine. Every bedside of the bed is equipped with USB charging outlet and regular outlets for the convenience of the guest. The hotel and rooms have many details that a guest would appreciated. The staffs are also very helpful in many ways. When I have a question and send text messages to the hotel staff, they normally would reply in a speeding fashion and solve the problem! We would definitely stay there again if we visit Tokyo again! I'm a

Absolutely everything was perfect! From the spotless clean room which was nicely organised with everything you can imagine (ultra confortable beds, washing machine, quality toiletries, mini kitchen, very good wifi, projector, etc) to the delicious healthy breakfast served in a lovely vintage atmosphere by the friendly hosts. Also the accommodation is on a quiet street close to the metro station and to some beautiful japanese gardens. I would come back here anytime!

The host also has a small flower shop on the first floor and the entire place smells AMAZING! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Entry to the room (we got upgraded!) is an entry code which is very nice to not have to return a key after the stay. Room was clean and comfy. Lots of restaurants and transportation nearby within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
