Well located and clean and very very good beds

Hotel breakfast is good. Good location and easy to take public transport from the hotel.

The room is way too small, room there that is meant for 2 people is only suitable for 1 person. Bed is too small for 2 people and hence it is uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. Toilet is way too small, towels easily drop into the toilet bowl. Hence, work can be done to increase the size of the room so as to increase comfort, safety and hygiene of the hotel.

The hotel is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest station and it is about 30 minutes train ride to Shibuya/ Shinjuku, which I think is really good value for money. Comfort, cleanliness and amenities wise are all good.

The alley is abit narrow with limited space to store my luggage. The chair in the room is hence abit of a hindrance to the path. Moreover, I feel like the plugs location may not be ideal (on the wall beside the bed), which isn’t a big issue but if your cable isn’t long enough, your device will be left hanging.

Staff with little English but still can communicate.

Friendly English speaking staff. They were helpful also with keeping our luggage for us after we checked out but were not ready to go straight to the airport. Coin laundry in the hotel is also a plus.

Small rooms, small pillows, and small beds (in fact, 2 different size beds). We got a double bed and a single bed inside our room when we should have gotten 2 double beds (for 2 persons on each bed). It was not comfortable to sleep at all trying to sleep 2 people on that single bed. Not sure whether hotel knew they put 2 different size beds in there, bit definitely not what I expected.

It is located near the subway stop on the tozai line just 15 minutes from central Tokyo. There are supermarkets nearby and fast food chains popular with Japanese. The level of cleanliness is good, they clean your room every day.

The reception has a low level of English. The air conditioning did not work well and could not go below 26°C

The check-in process was fast. Staff are very pleasant to talk to. The hotel location is near the metro station. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. I was supposed to get one sofa-bed but they got me a single bed instead which was awesome.

The air-conditioning unit weren't working for two days but it's okay since the weather is fairly cold. Some people say the rooms are small but that's already expected for most hotels in Japan at this price range.

The location is very good. Everything is near like restaurants, bus stop, parks, drug store, convenience store and all.

I booked non smoking room but I got a room with smokey smell. Other than that everything is good. I double checked the front desk if the room is non smoking and replied yes so what can I complain? I just worries because I have breathing difficulty and my daughter is just 3 years old.

the atmosphere of the hotel is a bit old, but still comfortable to stay. but a bit far from the city center like to shinjuku, harajuku and tokyo. it took 25-30 minutes by subway and several transfers

Room was clean, staff super friendly and helpful. The coin laundry is the cheapest I saw and it's a good quality.
