Room has plenty of room for our family of 5. There were two sets of nice bunk beds, and a full size bed. There was also a full size fridge and stove for those interested in cooking.

We didn't interact with a single hotel staff member in the entire three days that we were there. The checkin process is handled on an ipad set up at the front desk (not the best welcome after a 16 hour day of travel), and don't expect anyone to help answer questions about getting around Tokyo or advice about places to visit.

The level of privacy the room/apartment provided was great. The bunk beds for groups and family with privacy options. Clean facility. The kitchen utensils provided showed careful thought was put into planning. Presence of Karaoke machine. Provided some drinks and ice cream in the fridge. Staff were always willing to help. Even though there was a language barrier, you can see they dis whatever they could to understand and also communicate back to the customer.

Location was great with a Family Mart right downstairs and a short walk to public transport. The room was massive and the amenities they provided were the best I’ve ever seen in my life! If you’ve got kids I’d highly recommend this property! It was a huge room and even had a karaoke machine and projector for movies and games. A really great base if you’re staying in Tokyo.

Check in process very unfriendly and cumbersome, no staff, there was a technical problem. The rude girl behind door let us try for 15 minutes although she clearly saw via cameras we are a family coming from distance. This was a bad start but the rest fine. No real breakfast and no real coffee.

This property is amazing! The room was large (for Japan), the children loved the bunks, a big bathroom and a balcony! Only 10 min walk from Shinjuku. Big thumbs up for me.

So many amenities!! Breakfast, Karaoke in room, and very spacious living quarters. The best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan overall. Although We had a small miscommunication regarding check out, staff were very helpful taking care of the situation!

Lobby is small/non existent but the hotel room makes up for space.

A perfect experience. We have a whole floor of space. There is a large projector and karaoke machine in the room. You can sing without any worries. There are free drinks at the front desk. My friends and I had a great time.

Loved mostly everything. Convenient to train. Clean. Good amenities. Perfect for a family trip. Short stay.

Front desk not staffed. Didn’t really know how to use many of the features because it was in Japanese and there was nobody to ask.

Loads of free toiletries. Simple breakfast of bread and curry with rice included. Spacious spa bath. Stocked fridge with drinks and ice-cream!

The breakfast is very good, especially the bread! Very close to the Higashi-shinjuku Station and family mart!
