I enjoyed the fresh air conditioned rooms along with the daily cleaning service, always fresh towels, new razors, tooth brushes, toilet paper, ready to sleep in bed, the mini fridge kept our drinks nice & cold! Great customer service, easy check out as well. Would stay again, especially considering the affordable prices. Has all the amenities you need for travel! 😁

There wasn’t really anything that bothered me. If I had to say something though, it would be that the shower water even on the coldest setting would sometimes be very hot, but I’m assuming that it was from the pipes being heated from the summer heat. Other than that, no complaints. Even the drinks in the vending machine within the hotel were cheaper! 😁

Location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk with bags from the main train station maybe 100 meters from golden gai and a bunch of clubs but also the room is very quiet when you want to sleep. Easy to get to all other neighborhoods like Shibuya or Ropungi via subway since it is also a very close walk to a Tokyo metro stop.

It’s not a 5 star hotel, a little dingy no views, but perfect location and does the job. Private bathroom etc. You’re in Shinjuku, you shouldn’t be spending much time in your room anyway.

location was perfect and convenient. staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. air conditioning worked great. it was quiet at night. refrigerator and microwave came in handy.

my only complaint is that there was black mold on the walls in the bathroom. maybe because Japan is so humid? it might be hard to keep it away. but that is my only complaint. everything else was fantastic.

The hotel location is not too far from Kabukicho, Shinjuku 5 mins away. The room is very clean with towels provided, has a microwave in the room and has space for your luggage. Staffs are very friendly. Before going out you must leave your hotel key at the front desk. So you wont't loose it and pay for loosing the hotel key.

Very lovely hotel in perfect location! Staff is very helpful and nice. Room gets cleaned every day. They only have smoking rooms but there was almost no smell in our room - absolutely fine.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable. Also there is a Jacuzzi bathtub but somehow it didn’t work.. so you can "only" take a normal bath which is fine as well. :)

The shower was constantly hot and in the middle of summer, a cold shower would have been nice. Although we didn’t say anything to the staff so maybe they could have fixed it for us.

Friendly staff. Great location giving acccess to many surrounding facilities and close-by to higashi-shinjuku train station. Good walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants. The nightlife in Shinjuku is interesting. Good value for money stay. I would recommend it.

Our room was a smokers room and the smell definitely lingered. The exhaust fan was really noisey but everything else was bearable.

Staff was very helpful. Room cleaned everyday. Felt bad that always had rubbish for them to clean.

Only downside was the beds. We got a room with two single beds that were really hard. This was the only down point for the hotel

The hallways smelt of cigarette smoke, not an issue for me, but some may not like this. The room didn't smell at all

The hotel is very accessible and just walking distance to the nearest subway station. It is also very convenient to go to nearby restaurants and bars.
