The bed was comfy. Location was great. Pastries in the morning are awesome and the coffee is great. Free water bottles was also most welcoming.

The first room we got smelled of cigarettes so we asked to move. The second room was also a bit smelly but we figured it was manageable. The pillows could do a refresh. One was too soft and small, and the other was very hard with some strange stuffing. Better bring your own pillow.

The front desk staff is professional and friendly, and conversing with them in English poses no significant challenge. Daily room cleaning service is perfect. The accommodation is clean, serene, and sufficiently spacious for two occupants. Between a similar price range, Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku would be my top preference.

The distance from the subway station is quite far, and walking there in this scorching weather is unbearable.

Quite hotel not far from the busy shinjuku with many restaurants and pub. Love the ambiance of the hotel, nice staff, nice bedroom with tub, not far from subway station and jr station. I'll definitely comeback again. Thanks for everything!

- The location is convenient, walking distance to train station. Many convenient stores around (7-11, family mart, lawson, aeon). - Price is consider good around the neighborhood. - Breakfast is served early (free) with coffee, juice, cereal and pastries. - Additional toiletries available at front desk at all time. - Luggage storage service available foc if less than a day, and at reasonable price if longer than that.

- Room size a bit small for 3 beds, struggling a bit to pack. - Bathroom a bit lightweight with some kind of odour. - The room a bit dark, no view. It was just white wall right outside of the window.

Hotel was clean, spacious, reception all spoke English very well. They even helped us call a taxi on our last day as we had a lot of luggage. The room we got was a good size for 2 people, plus luggage and bathroom was spacious and clean as well. Laundry was convenient with english instructions for foreigners and the room was brighter than I had expected from the photos.

No complaints really, but if you're using the train to get to this hotel, keep in mind there is about 6-7min walk to Higashi-Shinjuku station or roughly 8-9min the other way to Shinjuku-sanchome station (exit E1).

The responses to messages were prompt and clear. The staff is very polite , professional and helpful. The breakfast service is available even though the website said no. It is just a choice of croissants and pastries, cornflakes, juice and coffee; but quite decent and more importantly they very generously allow you to pack a few to take away. That was very helpful as we were travelling with kids

The microwave is available not in the room but at anther floor. This was not specifically mentioned in the website. Still available for use and not to much trouble.

Bespoke was the perfect stay for us. My sister and I upgraded for a little more space and the staff were so accommodating. We had access to laundry facilities, there was a vending machine and microwave on our floor and everyday we had fresh towels and our beds were made. In the reception and lobby area we could get complementary bottles of water and throughout the day there were a variety of snacks and drinks available for guests such as donuts, tea and coffee and in the evenings for happy hours there was alcoholic beverages also complementary. Plenty of umbrellas available to use if it was raining and the locations was perfect, a close walk to everything with two nearby convenience stores also. We would absolutely stay here again.

It wasn’t a problem for us but the shower/bath combo could provide challenges for older people or those with knee or leg injuries. Most rooms are quite small so if you have a lot of luggage it could be challenging to have enough space.

Great location. The hotel is in a quiet part of Shinjuku. Restaurants, bars, and shopping areas are walking distance. The hotel has a modern, refreshed vibe. Service is great, and rooms are refreshed daily (if wanted). Unlimited coffee and bread are available in the morning. Donuts in the afternoon until evening. The hotel has all the amenities, including coin laundry machines, on one of the floors.

Can sense a lot of dust in the room. We saw dust build up in the walls. A stronger vacuum might also be needed to clean up the carpeted floor.

Bespoke hotel is an excellent hotel which has everything you need. Our room was larger than we thought (we expected Tokyo to be super tiny). It was tight but workable. They offer donuts 10am-10pm, coffee (all day) and small pastries in the morning (7am-10am) and also have shared lounge and dining areas to make up for the smaller rooms. This was a nice touch. You could ask for additional water if required and I was also able to use an iron to press my clothes. There are clothes washing amenities available. This hotel is near many different subways and public transport and close to Golden Gai. There are convenience stores close by.

There is a strange smell in the room which sort of smells like perhaps an ex-smoking room but the hotel is non-smoking. There is room spray available in our room so perhaps they are aware.

Nice hotel, one of a few in Tokyo ofering tripple room. Especially liked the interior of the reception and pastry selection for breakfast which you can also take out in a box & and good coffee/tea. Good location: Shop next to the hotel for snacks or drinks, metro stops are relatively closeby.

Saw cockroaches on the street next to the hotel a few evenings in a row, so the area didn’t give the cleanest vibe, and a seem to be homeless guy vas sitting in front of the hotel for three days/nights. I know it’s not directly about the hotel but it may impact the stay.
