The deluxe room was FANTASTIC! It was such a lovely end to our trip, even as a one night stay. We loved the bath on the terrace and the winding staircase and the amenities/free stuff! They welcomed us with a choice of wine or a flower bath for our honeymoon, which was so lovely! We were a lesbian couple and they welcomed us with no issue/no questions, but we do recommend other LGBT couples to email beforehand just to check with staff!

The amenities were great. 24hour complementary bar with wine and liquor. 24 hour soda, ,snacks, more than a dozen teas to choose from and several types of coffee. The lounge is very nice. In the room there were on demand movies and shows. A number of the movies are in English. Our room had a jet tub with under water LED display in the bathroom.and a stone soaking tub in the enclosed patio area (room 425). The bathroom was stocked with a wide variety of exotic creams and lotions I had no interest in but they were there. There was an actual queen size bed instead of two twins pushed together. The room was very clean and housekeeping was great. My understanding is that this an adult only hotel. All the guests I saw acted like they had common sense and it was a peaceful environment. When I go back to Tokyo I will definitely stay here again. Also, it is easy walking distance to a few shrines, the street with the Godzilla head, 2 big Don Quijotes, and countless incredible restaurants.

Not a lot of space for clothing storage. A closet and some out of the way flat spaces to put things. That seems common in Japan. Don’t let that discourage you. Bring packing cubes for your wardrobe and you’re in good shape.

I was surprised at the quality and quantity of amenities! Grooming products, extra pillows, blankets, robes and lounge wear, all self service. Free drinks and snacks (alcohol, coffee, desserts) in the lobby. Our room had an indoor and outdoor tub. Connectivity was great in the room (wifi + hdmi to TV). Staff was very friendly and helpful, including lending me a screwdriver to fix my roller bag when it got stuck. The location was also excellent (15min walk from Shinjuku station and 5 minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku).

I didn't care for the breakfast options, but this is a minor thing. They had coffee, sandwich bar, and cereal with milk.

- 2 mins away from the subway station - Extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to help you out. They even made a call to me to sort the next destination booking. - All the freebie amenities - Common sitting area with massage chairs

Need to be mindful of the space area mentioned while booking. It is not a negative about the hotel but if you are aware of what you are booking the complaints on room being small is less likely.

The location is perfect and the amenities are exceptional.

it would be nice to have a little more space in the rooms and a closet, besides that everything was good.

I liked how convenient it was to all the sites I wanted to see. Hands down, I've never seen so many amenities! It was a buffet of face masks, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, like at the spa. The free breakfast, desserts, and drinks was so convenient. The staff was so kind, and it felt like an oasis in the city. It was nice to have a microwave, mini fridge, and kettle in the room. I liked the lighting, which could be dimmed for ambiance.

When I walked in the room, it had a hint of smoke, which was faint enough to cover with air spray. Not that bad, honestly. The room was on the small side, but still average for any accommodations within that area. It was odd having a physical key, as I have been living with a keyless entry for 4 years now. It was odd having to turn in the key every time we left the hotel, but honestly glad I did, because I think I would have lost it otherwise!

The location is great and even though central, really quiet the room was fine, tons of perks and give-aways. It had the vibe of a hotel made for enthusiastic couples rather than family. Staff were lovely.

Lots of free alcohol, coffee, and beauty/bath samples. Location is close to a train station. Note that you have to select the right station else you'll end up walking a bit far.

Room size. I did get a larger one though still, it's small. The outdoor bath for my room isn't as comfy for skin since it's made of stone.

We had a great stay at this hotel. There were so many complimentary items and the free breakfast options were available until 2pm! Free drinks, free mini desserts, free use of massagers, hair irons etc. We were really impressed with the amenities. The bathroom was very good and the bedroom certainly had a fun themed aesthetic. We stayed here for 5 nights and found it very pleasant.

I personally found the incense a little overwhelming in the lobby. The other thing is that you should note this is a 'love hotel', and we did not realise that when booking. It's still a lovely stay and nothing too seedy but just be prepared that it is very suited for couples and the TV is a bit x rated.

Loved the amenities, the location was excellent and the staff was always available, courteous and pleasant. The hotel looked very nice and was beautifully decorated. They were nice and let us keep the suitcases there a couple hours after check-out.

The room size was what you'd expect from a business hotel. Everything was clean except for the hydromassage in the bathtub which immediately smelled like sweat. The room also smelled like smoke, but that's normal in many hotels. The hotel ended up being very expensive for the time we stayed and it being a love hotel.
