This property is pretty close to perfect! Not only is the property perfect for a stay in a setting like home away from home, but the property is perfectly positioned in the city to be close to everything but quiet! This property is feet /meters away from the Metro station, Starbucks a few blocks away and a gas station down the road if you have a rental car. It also offers free parking in front of the property, and has a washer/dryer unit in the hotel free of charge! The bathrooms will spoil you and the facility is spacious- I will come back and always stay here in Tokyo! This hotel is an amazing find! And the value for money is spot on and actually gracious!

Nothing- it’s perfect!

This was a perfect, tranquil stay in a perfect, tranquil boutique hotel. This was the most beautiful hotel room we stayed in over three weeks in Japan (and possibly the most beautiful I have ever stayed in). It was large, amazingly comfortable, gorgeously designed, and the bathroom was exquisite. The yukatas provided were lovely. The best of Japanese aesthetics combined with modern comfort. The location was great - in a quiet street, close to three metro stations, and within walking distance of the lights and energy of Akihibara. We loved the common area library, including a great selection of English-language books. We also loved reading about the history of the hotel in the small booklet in our room (over a century of different incarnations). The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. We would love to be able to stay here again when we return to Tokyo. Thank you!

nothing - this place is perfect

Best room you will find for that price. Very big also the bathroom is also very spacious so loved that. Free drinks and snacks in the library where you can also relax and read a book. Staff also very friendly there was a man and a young lady working there both always having a smile

Next time just put big bottles of shampoo and body shower instead of those small bottles. Also more explanation in English or give in the beginning a paper on English to guests that they can take to the room which explains everything how it works. Like when is breakfast because I actually did not know many things until my last day after figuring out myself. You are a hotel in the end and besides japanese people nobody can read it so think about the rest of the world who wants to read English.

A huge room with buitifull traditional design, amazing bathroom. a lot of small extras in the room and drinks/snacks in the library. Daily full room cleaning. Very nice neighborhood. Few metro lines just next to the hotel. Quite at night. We spent 5 nights and was highly satisfied with our room and the overall service. Would definitely stay again and already recommended to my friends and family.

Futon bed was too firm for us.

The size of the room is amazing for Tokyo. From the tetami mats to the super bathroom, it makes you feel like you are visiting a traditional Ryokan. The front desk is super helpful. They were able to help arrange last minute restaurant reservations. A 10 all round. Location is super. Not crowded, loads of restaurant options and only 15 minutes walk to Akihabara, Imperial Palace

Nothing. It was perfect.

The bathroom and toiletries were excellent. Room was big and comfortable. Washing machine easily available. Location suited us, quiet but easy to get around Tokyo, 15 min walk to the Imperial palace and to Akihabara. Convenient subway stations nearby and good restaurants and little bars.

As it’s such a small hotel the aren’t the same amenities you might get e.g. gym, room service.

An ideal, central location with great access for transport. Safe, upscale area that is quiet at night. Large, clean rooms that are great value for money. Very polite and helpful staff.

Wifi and laundry machine could use upgrading. Breakfast being provided was a huge plus, however variance would be appreciated. The positives outweigh the negatives by a huge margin.

So beautiful. The decor outstanding. Every detail. The teapot names. The large space with seated area. The already made up VERY comfortable beds. The yukata was made from wonderful fabric and so comfortable. It was our first yukata. Location also excellent. Staff/manager really helpful (1 man). Oh my goodness, the ceramic tub. Th concept of wabu-sabu, the earth, and human well-being (?). With bath salts in there truly a delight

Cannot think of a single thing

The room was huge. An area for bags and shoes with wardrobe and iron etc. Then a sitting area with TV, fridge ice maker etc then a tatami area with two futon . Two types of pillows and lovely duvet. The bath room is super. Toto Ashley toilet. Twin sinks, wet area glasses off with a stone tub, shower with monsoon head, flexible head, vertical bath jets and a tap for filling cedar tubs . Perfect . Staff lovely and close to two metro lines

Nothing is was really great

Very clean large room. The room has a ryokan feel with tatami mat, large round soaking tub, and provided yukata and wood slippers. It’s about a 5 min walk to train also

Nothing. Although I will mention the automatic opening and light up toilet scared me the first late night trip to use it. The lid opens real fast and the whole bowl lights up and glows in this dark space. I felt like I was visiting the great and powerful Oz lol!
