The location was well chosen for the business trip and still walkable distance to several subway lines. Also in this APA hotel (although no own breakfast) there were a coin washing machine and ice machine. But the breakfast is no problem, around the hotel are several opportunities including Starbucks. For dinner there are plenty of restaurants in this area.

Has nothing to do with this specific hotel or APA generally. But Westerners should know, that all the rooms have "Japanese size" so with my large luggage it was not possible to open the full suitcase on the floor ground- it was simply not enough space. No issue at all, just to know what to expect.

Staff were very nice, smiling and welcoming. I made the mistake of booking a smoking room as my partner is a smoker but I thought it would have a balcony or something but this wasn’t the case and the smell of tobacco was very strong specially for someone who doesn’t smoke. Anyway, I asked receptionist if I could change the room and they gave me a smoke free room within 2 hours, free of charge. The area is nice, has a few underground stations close by and nice restaurants and convenience stores. I would definitely stay there again if visiting Tokyo.

It was very small for 2 people staying 6 nights, there isn’t room to open your luggage. In general the hotel was clean but the room was very dusty.

The staff was very nice and always greeted me and wished me a good day! They also helped me with my luggage and were happy to answer any questions. The room was small but felt spacious and was definitely big enough for a week. The unit bath was small, but new and clean. Despite being located at Yasukuni dori, the windows were so soundproof that nothing could be heard from the outside! Walls were also thick enough, so it was easy to sleep during the night.

The mattress was a little too soft for my liking and the pillow was a little too hard - as seems to be the standard for Japanese hotel rooms.

Tho some language barrier, but the service staff are always up to standard to try to support and address my queries (google translate). The housekeeping lady that always rendered her best support to keep the room clean and neat. Not so crowded to compare to central area, but convenient location, walkable to many metro stations and not so far out of tourist places via the metro options. The handmade udon noodle shop nearby the hotel is a must try.

No.

What I really like most is that all the staff (from the receptionist and the cleaners) are very polite and helpful. Even though we have a language barrier they really make an effort to understand what I am saying. Also, the cleaners are always present. They always make sure you replenish all the hotel stuff. Thank you! I will definitely come back here and recommend this place to others.

I think it would be better if the rooms are a lot bigger or the bed is smaller. The bed in the room that I've stayed in is kinda big for the room that it took so much space already. But nonetheless it was not so much of an issue for me because I was alone.

It's clear why APA has so many locations... because it provides excellent quality services at relatively low prices. We stayed in a double room, which was serviced daily (new towels, amenities etc.). The room was spotless, the bathroom was clean, sanitary and the matress was around medium-soft. Even though the room and bathroom were small (not a detail I care about, but worth mentioning for those interested), everything had it's place and we were able to move around with ease. Would definitely book again, at any of their locations. 10 out of 10!!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in. The room was just what I expected and it was great to have so many amenities. Overall, the room was also very clean. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep on.

The air conditioner clearly needs to be cleaned more often. Unfortunately, there was no view out my window and all I could see is the building in front of me, but I understand that they is due to the building's layout and location.

Great location, right in the center of the largest second hand book street of the world. It is around 7 minutes walk to the station, which will conveniently take you anywhere else in Tokyo. The room is tiny but functional, with all the stuff you need. The place is very quiet. There is a coin laundry downstairs.

The room is super tiny -- you barely have any space to walk around in the room.

Brand new APA hotel in a good location close to several metro lines and walking distance to Akihabara, Ueno and the Imperial Palace gardens. Like most APAs, the rooms are pretty small and the amenities minimal, but the staff were lovely and moved me to a higher floor room when I requested it as my (1st floor) room was too close to the road / noisy, so no complaints. Price was also pretty reasonable, especially as I booked quite last-minute.

Personal was polite all the time. Location was okey in the middle of Tokio, short walking distance from Akihabara.

Tiny room have to take turns to walk around, also the bath, from 6 nights only one day we had clean service, it’s just a certain time if you missed only recieve clean ropes n towels. There was no view at all.
