Everything was as expected. We had a good stay.

Was a bit surprised that one of the pillows was hard as if it was filled with rise, apparently it is Japan thing as we have experienced that in a few hotels. Personal was very polite, but could not speak English at all. A bit far from central station, there are other lines who stop nearby, but they are not part of JR pass

Room was nice, with all the amenities. Got a double room and I was happy with my choice, as a small-double room would have been too small for us (travelling with large luggage) Location was good. 15min walk from Tokyo station and there are underground stations all around the hotel as well (Ginza line at 10min walk), (Akihabara line at 3min walk), etc.

The breakfast options were poor but I was okay with that, as I already knew by reading other comments in booking. It consisted of: coffee/tea/juice/water, soup of the day, salad, sausages, assorted bread, croissant and small muffins. Which was enough for me.

Hotel was conveniently located in between two stations about 5 to 10 minutes away. Staff service was great, allowing for luggage storage before check in and even sent the luggage to the room before check in. The staff were also able to communicate in fluent English and were clear in explaining the amenities of the hotel. Staff was amenable and made us feel welcomed. Hotel room was spacious for its price. We were able to store the luggage and have enough walking space. A special point for the hotel, they have a small reading corner with manga and allows for guests to bring to their rooms.

A minor negative which doesn't change that this is a good hotel in stay in. There was a constant flow of cold air in the bathroom and since the visit was in autumn (Nov), we were immediately shivering from the cold air. The air conditioning in the bedroom was set to heating mode at 26 degrees, so the cold was not from the air conditioning. It was a minor inconvenience, while getting dry and changing.

Comfortable beds, staff was very nice and helpful with check in, and they spoke great English. Was also very clean.

We got the twin bed room and it was very tiny in terms of space. We struggled to find space to open our suitcases and there was not much open space to move around in. Breakfast was quite sparse. Croissants, muffins, bread, some fruits and vegetables, and coffee. The problem is they had no bread toppings. No cold cut, no cheese, no jam, no Nutella, nothing. Would be great if they could add some of that to the menu.

Really like the facilities and the efforts hotel made to be more eco friendly. The location is great too, convenient and near the metro station (about 200m) and convenient stores. There are also good eatery around the corners. Room is clean and wifi is fast.

Hotel is not pet friendly, but it is not key essential. The sound proofing is not as great as we can hear movements outside. Double room is a little squeezy for 2 adults. Not enough place for 2 big luggage.

Amongst all the 4 hotels that I have stayed in Japan, this is by far the most spacious. Had space to put our 3 luggage, enough room to walk around. We had the corner room, pretty quiet. Staff were always quick to greet us when we leave and enter the lobby. They speak English well and gave us a little bit of something for our honeymoon stay.

None by far.

The hotel is about 17 mins walk from the Tokyo Station, and only 5 mins walk from Kayabacho Station. The double room is 172 sq.ft. which is larger than typical low price hotel rooms. Staffs were very helpful and polite. Clean pajamas are always available for grab by the elevator every day.

If a closet for clothes is available, it will be perfect, but it is not a big deal

The room looked nice and the staff were nice enough to hold my luggage until check in time so I was able to explore a bit. It's worth the price if you want a nice hotel room while being a few stops away from activities you may want to try.

It's in the city, but feels like it's a bit farther from some of the activity that you may want to try. You can just take the train though so it's not too bad.

Aircon is strong & efficient. Staffs are very friendly because we needed some help in calling an operator for an activity & the staffs did their best to follow up. Booked for stay over weekend, so human traffic was low which is good.

Would have given all best ratings, if not for the 1 stain in the toilet seat when we checked in to the room. Too bad also the staffs could not speak very good English. The pillows were small and a little too flat.

Great location, clean, quiet, helpful staff

Not a major issue, but better to know beforehand - if you stay more than three days they will only clean the room and change the beddings on the first night and then on the fourth night. They will do it if you tell the front desk. But they change towels and clean the bathroom daily.
