Facilities, the room was bigger than other ones in other hotels with the same size. Nice staff.

Online check-in quite complicated for a tourist to do it on his own without help. Breakfast was so poor and very unflexible. The line for ordering was so long, so many times more than 10 people waiting. So we did not want to wait so long and leave the breakfast ticket unused. One of the dryer wachines did not dry so much, so I have wasted a 100 coin. The mirror in the toilet was so hot all the time, like it has a heating. It was July and it was very hot. Going into the toilet was a dizzy experience with that heat.

The room had amenities that seamlessly cater to both leisure and business travelers. Notably, the beds are comfy, ensuring guests a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also excels in its facilities, particularly the efficient laundry service and practical luggage storage solutions. Additionally, the staff deserves a commendation for their genuine hospitality and their eagerness to assist. The hotel has a good location, sitting conveniently next to the subway lines, making city navigation a breeze.

The breakfast offering was underwhelming in both variety and taste, not living up to the overall standard of the hotel. Moreover, cleanliness was a minor concern; the room, although generally well-maintained, had spots of dust on certain surfaces. A more meticulous approach to housekeeping might be beneficial in enhancing the overall guest experience.

I had a great stay here! The staff were very helpful and kind - I got promt help when I accidentally locked myself out of my room, and they accepted packages that arrived for me without issue. The stay included a small breakfast every morning, which was very convenient. There’s also a family mart only 2 minutes away if the breakfast wasn’t enough to fill you. The room had several USB charging ports, so there was no need to buy an adapter. When checking out there‘s the option to leave your luggage stored at the hotel a bit longer during your check-out day. Instead of having the luggage stand around openly in the lobby like at some other hotels, they have dedicated lockers in several different sizes free to use!

There isn’t a lot to see directly around the hotel, but the closeby subway station lets you go anywhere relatively quick.

This is a very clean, stylish good value hotel. Everything was very well designed for the biju rooms - so much to see in Tokyo we found the room size fine. Free items helpful and location of metro is hard to beat. Very quiet for sleeping at night. Given it was a complementary Breakfast, we were very happy with it (especially the speed of the service). Choices are limited but the food was tasty and set us up for the day. Washing machines and dryers were excellent too. Not expensive and powder included. You can even watch the progress of your laundry on the bedroom TV channel! Receptionists very courteous, polite and helpful. Thank you.

Nothing really. Adding fruit juice to the breakfast menu as a drink option would be a nice touch.

We spent 3 nights at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nihonbashi Kayabacho hotel after arriving in Japan (There is another Fresa Inn in the area, so make sure this is where you have your reservation). It is a relatively modern, functional hotel sometimes referred to as a business hotel.  The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small as is typical in Tokyo but very clean and functional.  The hotel is convenient to Tokyo station (20 minutes walking as a reference).  We had an included breakfast from a fixed, western-style menu. Convenient, but there are alternatives nearby if you want more of a selection. After arriving on the Narita Express or by others means to Tokyo station, follow signs to the Tozai line (sky blue) subway. The easiest way to know which direction to go is to look at the numbers representing the stops.  The Tokyo station stop at Otemachi is T-9 and you want to go to T-7 Kayabacho. Leave the Kayabacho subway station via Exit 7 and the hotel is just around the corner.  From Kayabaco or the nearby Nihonbashi station, you can get all around Tokyo on the highly efficient subway system.  Use a Suica, Welcome Suica or Pasmo card to enter and exit subways and avoid the hassle of figuring out which ticket to buy or how much they coat. Just tap and go.  Enjoy

Very small room but typical for the Tokyo area.

Location is perfect, in walking distance to both Kayabacho and Nihombashi stations, in a nice neighborhood (not so full of tourists) , and also a 15 min distance walking to Tokyo Station , so that if you arrive in Narita you can take both Narita Express (arriving in Tokyo Station) or Keisei Line (arriving in Ueno station and then Kayabacho). Room is very small but very comfortable with dimmable lighting, mini-fridge, coffee machine, air-con and even an air purifier, Bathroom with a good bathub and shower, and of course the trademark technological japanese toilet! Room is made up everyday (or at guets´s desire) There are amenities available in the lobby that are pretty handy, and also luggage storge , very useful! A microwave and coin laundry machines are also available for the guests at the 8th floor.

Price is high. Almost no space to storage your suitcase in the room due to its size. Breakfast is basic, and some days there were even fewer options.

The hotel position is quite a nice one. Not too much into the chaos, not too far from the main locations. You have different metro stations nearby and difference convenient stores and food places. Breakfast is ok, not too elaborated but very nicely made. The hotel provides different amenities such has single use brush, facial mask, shampoo, ear cleaner. They also have hair making tools to borrow in case is needed.

They mention that the room is a small one, so you came prepared, but indeed you have a bit of a hard feeling. Overall not a problem for 3-4 days. Longer stays would have create some issues.

The location right next to Kayabacho metro station is just plain fantastic. Helpful staff, storage lockers for luggage both when checking in and out, and a smoking area for us no-gooders who still prefer a non-smoking room.

The room is very small even by Japanese standards with practically no storage space whatsoever (apart from 2-3 clothes hangers). Breakfast is just one beverage and one food item chosen from a pre-set menu of the adjacent Pronto café.

Easy and fast check in, free amenities to take (they give free mask, teas, lotion and many more). Breakfast is simple but filling and delicious. The best is the location, so close to the station Kobayacho. Take a note that this is not JR station. For JR station you need to go to Station Hatchoburi that takes you walk 12 mins from the hotel.

The room. For my family, I need to book 2 rooms to fit us. But the room still feels to tight for 2 people. But we already expect this, so we're not complaining.

Great location, amazing staff, and they offer a lot of free stuff like sponges and toothbrushes. Honestly, it's a very good stay. The room was larger than expected, and the beds were very comfy. There is also breakfast offered, but we got a bit ill the first day, so we skipped breakfast for the rest of our stay.

Although they come clean the rooms every 3 days, at the end of our stay we found something rather unfortunate under the bed left by a previous guest. 😅
