Typical small Japanese hotel but it was exactly as expected! The staff was kind, and there is a 7-11 attached to the lobby. We booked very last minute and the price was still reasonable. Good location if you want to be near the station. I would recommend this place, just be aware of the small bathroom.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the last 6 weeks I've been in Japan, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this bathroom easily wins an award for the smallest bathroom I've ever been in. I'm 6 foot tall and sitting on the toilet my knees were less than an inch from the wall in front of me... It was still a functional bathroom, but tall travelers beware....

Location in wakable distance from Tokyo Station (10 minutes). Great point to start and finish you journey around the city. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room rather small, but to be honest, you need to sleep there and take a bath/shower, not to live 24/7 in it. Breakfasts in a form of bento boxes and green tea (cold) are tasty.

No cons. Price to quality ratio in this part of the city is exceptional.

Cheap price, staff members very polite and helpful. A 7 Eleven in the hotels building. I had to catch flight at night so, they happily allowed to checkout in afternoon but only until 2PM with extra charges. The room cleaning staff we were making too much noises from 10AM to 1PM so, I was unable to sleep, a normal 10AM checkout time is little too early if you are going from a different country.

Little far from the Tokyo station, the hotel should provide clear details in bookings confirming email to reach quickly.

I like the location since it is near to subway train stations. There is also a free breakfast which is included in the payment. There is also a 7eleven downstairs which is you can buy something and withdraw. During our stay last December 2023 first week, our AC is off, that means, we advised to open the windows instead.

It is dark and gloomy in the lobby. And a bit old compared to the other hotels we have stayed in Osaka.

The street where the hotel is, is full of Sakura trees. It's absolutely beautiful during the blooming season (luckily this happened when I was there). The room is small but it's more than enough for what I need (rest from a full day in town). It's quite close to the Tokyo Central station and it has a 7-eleven right besides (it's not open 24/7)

Walking distance from the metro (Nihombashi Station and Kayabacho Station). 7-11 is just next door if you ever need a late night snack. Location is convenient to the CBD and just far enough from the CBD hustle and bustle.

There were two of us in the semi-double room and we had a total of 3 suitcases. The room is too small and cramp for 3 suitcases.

Very clean, no-frills rooms good for a short/one-night stay. Standard business hotel facilities but are freshly renovated/new. Easy walk to Nihombashi and Tokyo Stations.

Rooms are small and are best suited for light or solo travellers. Rooms a little dark and no view. Not much space to move around with nor good floor space for luggage. Shower a little cramped for a tall person.

Good value hotel for very central location walkable distance from Tokyo main station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenience store has it's own access door from reception! Good facilities in room.

Not a lot of room one two people and luggage in the room, but not unexpected for Tokyo hotel where space is squeezed so much. Breakfast was bento, very tasty but missed having usual buffet.

quite central location, small room but equipped with everything you need and more, power shower, easy to find, 7.11 next door in a quiet and safe neighborhood

no views, window to the up close to the building next door, but not really a disadvantage, as it was quiet and no noise from the street

We asked for two twin bed. The shape of the room was excellent! Two beds were not next to each other. Close to Tokyo station and 7 eleven was adjacent to the hotel. They even rent an umbrella for free.
