I was assigned to another property at a different location at the very last minute. This property is located in a better location. It’s new, clean and considered spacious for a Tokyo apartment.

Kettle was not provided. I had to request for it but the owner was not willing to provide it until I pointed out that a kettle was shown in the photo. No cups, plates and cutleries were provided either. I requested for 2 teacups and teaspoons but was ignored by the owner. These are basic necessities that should be provided in all apartments and hotels. I ended up having to buy coffee from a nearby convenient store just for the cup.

It had everything I could need: - easy directions on info pdf - pdf has translated English instructions to use the washing machine/ toilet/ ac/ etc. - wifi is good - close location to bus/ train station - pots and pans - hangers - washing machine w/ cleaning solution - desk for working - many outlets - fridge - bed was comfortable - staff was prompt and responsive (and very friendly and accommodating)

- narrow stairway can be a challenge if you have large luggage

Almost everything was up to our expectations and more. The washing machine and the airconditioning system in the bathroom made clothes washing a breeze. Check-in instructions were clear, given on time and super easy to follow. The location is great, Yurakucho metro line is right around the corner (entrance 1b) and the area is lovely and has plenty of markets and restaurants. The Kanda river promenade was a nice bonus.

The bed was a bit squeeky.

The staff is responsive on the booking.com app, the flat is nice, tidy, and well equipped. It works well for solo travellers who like their space, and I reckon couples too (but i went solo).

Problems can happen anywhere, so i really value when the staff can solve issues like they did here. There was an issue on the first night, but it was well communicated and solved.

In my case, the location was very convenient, specially since I was visiting the Waseda University. Just 15 minutes away (walking distance) from it. Plenty of restaurants in the surroundings. The room is very spacious and has everything you will need: washing mashing, dryer, hair dryer, fridge, many more stuff.

The check-in can be a little bit complicated to do. This would not be a problem in a normal Hotel, but it turns out that there is no staff personal at the spot.

We are travelling a family of 3. The place was spacious, clean and everything you need is already provided. It's feel home away from home. It's 5 mins walk from the nearest station ** I suggest you get off -Yurakucho Line (Edogawabashi Station) ** for shorter walk to Japan House. The Host was very accommodating and Helpful. When I come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

It could use better cleaning. The walls had marks up them and stains, and there was a lot of dust/dirt around toilet and sliding door areas.

Very spacious accommodation for the price. Large bathroom and kitchen area. Facilities were clean. Easy access to bus and train stations and close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. Good value for money.

Room is on top floor so getting a heavy suitcase up there is hard and a bit dangerous. Insulation non existent, so it gets very cold very easily.

The customer service was quick to reply and really helpfull. The location was quiet yet close to all sort of services.

The linens were not super clean.
