The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to a couple of stations and to several restaurants and a 7-11. It's in a nice neighborhood so it is really nice to come back to a calm area after going to the major parts of Tokyo. Really nice "lounge/patio" area were we can sit and eat/drink that's next to the check in area.

For the price of the hotel and room was nice but they could have at least switched out the sofa bed that was ripped. Also, the comforter part for the sofa bed had stains on it, so we ourselves had to go clean it ourselves, not sure if it was "clean" already. there was a light fixture that was broken but that didn't bother us really.

Location is so good, just few min walk from any 3 Oedo line metro stations nearest Ushigome Kagurazaka, Lidabashi and Kagurazaka. One need to take Kesei Express from Narita airport then change to Oedo line from Kuramae stop (Asakusa line). Whole journey was comparatively cheap just cost you only about 850 Yen and approx 1 hour. We had 1 bedsit small cozy apartment on 4th floor, had lift access. It was so clean with all amenities you can think like Iron, kitchenette with utensils, washing machine, refrigerator, small things like slipper to washing detergent, so soft bed, sofa bed, everything was very good quality. Even a good grocery shop next to hotel. Check in/out process is easy and a reception person can help if needed. Overall we can always return to this place.Thank you :)

Hmmm nothing was bad :)

I think this place is great. It was english friendly. It was quiet. Location was great as it was close to a train station and had plenty of restaurants near by. The washing machine in the room was handy. All the appliances were well explained in the folders in our room. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to others. Value for money was good especially considering we booked for a same day check in.

Need a better fold out bed. Not comfortable for 2 ppl to share. Couch is too low to the ground. Would benefit from offering chairs or seats in rooms as couch is so low. Offer a secondary room key as we had a group of 5 that often split up for the day so working out who should hold the key was a bit annoying. If a secondary room key isn't possible, than perhaps a "safe" option at reception where we can leave the key for the day so that all travelers in a single party can access the room at any time. Need more pillows(not a deal breaker, just a recommendation).

The location is very convenient, close to several means of transportation. The neighborhood is rather quiet although there are busier streets not far away.

The electronic door lock can prove rather noisy each time someone enters or leave the room. In the male toilets, some customers don't seem to understand how Japanese toilets work so the cleanliness is not always standard. This is probably because of the limited availability of the staff, with a presence limited to the minimum. That probably comes with the rather low prices...

The bunks have a curtain for privacy, the bathroom is cleaned daily and kept dry and cold which is very refreshing especially during the summer! Also the property has quiet hours after 10pm so the guests can sleep. You can get fresh towels whenever you want, and they provide you with indoor slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste. Of all the hostel-type places I've stayed this one is the best! It smells clean everywhere and even though the rooms are crowded you can't tell since the AC works really well!

Even though the studio apartment was quite small, it was enough for us 6 ladies. We pushed the two double beds together (sorry) and it could fit 5 of us. The last person slept on the convertible sofa. We're easy people. But to some people, it may be too small. It was a cosy apartment, every time we came back it felt like coming back home, as if we were local residents of Japan. Unfortunately, we had not taken any pictures of our accommodation.

It is quite far from the city centre.. Need to do a lot of walking to the nearest transit stations

The location is ideal, as it is within walking distance from three subway stations. The bunkers were sufficient and had enough space. Choose this option if your plan is to stay at the hotel only at nights, and if you plan to go out all day. Checkin at 3PM is followed very strictly. So plan your trip accordingly. The facilities are quite clean and satisfactory. I stayed in the female dormitory, and there were no issues of safety or security.

I like the check-in procedure. It was so easy. The hotel sent me the check-in code via e-mail and all I had to do was input the code at the counter upon arrival. I was checked-in with my friends at a different room and when we checked-out, I left my luggage in the waiting area since I had to check-in later in the day. It was relatively safe and close to 7-11, the train station, and Anytime Fitness. The room has a mini kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and towels.

None. I loved everything! Before going to Japan, I check out the reviews of this hotel and was a little bit skeptical with the negative reviews. But when I arrived at my hotel, it was the complete opposite. I had a very pleasant experience there.

The location was pretty good, being walking distance between two different train stations. Staff were nice, the dryer didn’t work and they refunded me the money it ate. The building and rooms were well-maintained and everyone I met staying there were respectful.

My only real complaint, was that the kitchen has very little dishes (I didn’t see any utensils) and the microwave smelled of rotten milk. I opted not to use it, and to just get snacks from the 7/11 a block away.
