The rooms were big compared to others hotels in Tokyo.

The hotel was quite far from the city center of Shinjuku.

The room was bright and clean. It's far bigger than most rooms you'll find in the city and was fantastic for our family. The hammock was a nice extra which was heavily used by the kids. The bathroom was super clean and very spacious, it was lovely to have a large private bathing area in the room which still allowed for other members of the family to get ready just next door at the sink/vanity area. The toilet was great, not too overwhelming with the controls and extremely clean. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. You have shops (7/11, Family Mart) as well as full laundry within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. Restaurants are also close, between a 5-to-15-minute walk away. The subway system is nearby for getting into the city and seeing the sights.

Nothing. We were happy with every aspect of the stay.

December 2022

The bed was very comfortable. There was an extra futon in the room which I used for added warmth. The shower was excellent, the water flow was strong and the temperature was regulated to your choice. The toilet seat was warm. The towels were soft and comfortable.

The towel rack could be readjusted, it was too close to the wall in the bedroom and it hard to hang up towels after use. The safe was difficult to use, the staff had to read the instructions to operate the safe, and more importantly, the safe itself was not bolted down to anything and can easily be carried away by someone who wanted to steal it. We never used the safe for this reason. Due to the room size, there were no drawers to store clothes. There was a pole to use for hanging up clothes in the room but my husband kept his close in the suitcase the duration of our stay. I ended up using the couch as my storage area. We used the pole to hang up our outer wear clothing and jackets.

The executive room is very spacious, way bigger than what you normally get in Tokyo. It can perfectly fit 3-4 people. The bathroom is also very spacious, which we loved. We were satisfied with the wifi and it was relatively quiet. The room is not completely soundproof, however, because we could hear the traffic outside, which may be a problem for sensitive sleepers. The location was perfect for us though as the hotel is located in a quieter residential area. There is a convenience store nearby and the subway is within a 5-7 minute walk. You can open the window, which we loved too.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was dust literally everywhere but the table. The blinds were completely covered in dust, which wasn't very inviting to say the least. They only provide coffee, no tea, but there were 3 bottles of water in the room. There were also no lotions in the bathroom, which you can usually find in other hotels.

The room we stayed was larger than we expected and the location was really nice. My son really admired the Japanese styled both room.

The cool air from the air conditioning, which we could not manages to control was a bit bothering during the night, but it's not a major problem at all.

It is super nice and clean, very simple but super spacious rooms and extremely nice staff!

The location is not super central, it takes you to get to the main spots almost every time around 30 minutes

Family room is great. Very clean and great service.

Even though there were four of us (and we had a family room), we had to remind staff to give us four towels.
