Wonderful staff, very clean and friendly. Nice to have fresh coffee and supplies readily available too! There's a Lawson across the road, and the 2nd level is nicely equipped with washing machines, a microwave and more. Awesome stuff.

If one is able to complete an entire booking in English, I'd think that one could check in using English too? I speak Japanese which made it ok for me, but can only imagine what would happen to others who can't.

Clean with amenities such as coffee, tea, and toiletries in the lobby. Staff was friendly and able to help us in English. We were able to have our luggage stored until check in time. Room and bathroom were clean.

Room was a bit tight as was the bed for 2 people, but this is pretty standard in Tokyo and the price was very affordable. Also the water in the bidet in our room was surprisingly hot, and the temperature of the water couldn’t be adjusted. These are pretty minor complaints though and I enjoyed my stay overall!

Absolutely loved the place. We had the smallest room in the hotel but it was still a decent size. Had many smaller rooms throughout the world. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the center of Akihabara and next to 2k540! This makes it easy accessible for exploring the neighborhood whilst it is quite at night. The hotel is super comfortable, next to a Lawson and they offer coffee throughout the day. Which makes it extra fun because you will see other guests in their provided pyjama’s getting their morning coffee.

Great hotel, just far enough out of Akihabara to be quiet but only a short stroll away from all the action. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Although no breakfast the tea/coffee supplies were great and there is a convenience store over the road. The staff were exceptional as I booked a smoking room by mistake, which smelt terrible, but they swapped it no trouble. Would happily stay again.

Excellent location! Definitely recommended if you like Akihabara. The main street connecting the hotel and Akihabara station gets quiet and peaceful in the evening, but the excitement and buzz of the "electric town" are just a few minutes away. Very clean and nice rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Helped me fill out the Takkubin / Yamato luggage transport slip.

There is no storage space for large luggage in the room, unlike other hotels where we could put our suitcases under the bed.

Close (5 min walk) from Akihabara station. Checkin and checkout super fast (everything automatic, but the staff will help you if needed). The room is standard for Japanese hotels. Clean and with amenities available in the lobby. Coin washing/drying machines, you can check hoy it’s going from the TV in the room.

There is no meal served, but it’s ok? There’s plenty of offer nearby.

A 6 minutes walk from the Akihabara station where you can change to all metro and train lines. It is very easy to get in and out of the place. It is close to everything yet far away. Near soundproof room with comfortable bed. Self check-in after 3pm from the kiosk at the reception. Friendly staff.

10 am. checkout time seems unfair while you get to check-in only at 3 pm. or after. I had to pay extra to stay a few more hours after 10 am.

The location was superb, only a couple of minutes of walking distance from the Akihabara station. There's a convenience store nearby, which is 24h open. The staff was really friendly. We had a small issue in the room and even if they were not able to speak English, they have done everything they could to fix the issue quickly.

There were not enough washing machines. Our mattress was too soft.

Very close to the akihabara anime strip (3-5 minute walk) without being in it. Sound proofing was nice, and there was individual control of the AC. Bath was nice and deep.

While most of the room was clean, the corners had clearly been neglected for a while as there was a thick layer of dust. Especially right behind the entrance door.bathingBathing area was a little cramped.

the staff was very friendly, the laundry was very clean and can monitor from the room. also has free flow of coffee and tea which was also pretty good quality considering it was free. The Wifi was pretty fast and worked quite well as well
