Excellent staff, willing to help in any way they can. All the areas of the hotel are very clean, and they have a lot of items for free, like toothbrushes, combs and even earphones. The lounge area is extremely comfortable, with free drinks, several magazines and a surplus of power outlets.

Considering it is a capsule hotel, the beds can sometimes be stiff, and if you are planning on staying more than a week, it can start becoming unpleasant. Regarding privacy, it can be unsettling having a communal bath, and you will have several neighbors who can snore. Even with all these issues, none of those are the hotel's fault.

There were major disruptions on the Shinkansen, so I had to stay an extra night in Tokyo. Decided to try a capsule hotel. I don't regret it. Good location in Akihabara, really clean and fresh facilities, and nice staff. 24h reception. The bottom floor had a lounge with free drinks, showers and bath. The capsule itself was very cosy, and I slept great. I felt all the guests really respected the quiet time and no one was disturbing the peace. I only stayed for one night, but I really recommend this for a short-term stay (maybe long-term as well?)

Not much to complain about. I felt it had everything I needed for my stay. Of course it's not like a hotel or hostel, but that's part of the carm. It's just a different experience.

It was my first stay at a capsule hotel so I can't really compare, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It's like a dormitory in a hostel but more luxurious. The capsules are nice, clean and comfortable, and everyone in my room was super quiet and respectful. I really liked the onsen style bath as well.

Agree with other people that having just one elevator for the whole building is annoying and it would be great to have stairs. Generally it was clean but there were signs that other people had been at the sinks in the bathroom, like strands of hair. If they only clean once a day then I guess that can't be helped. Also the pillows are too hard.

First time solo traveller. Was apprehensive about public bath and first time trying capsule. No one cares about you being bare so just get on with it and feel liberated. Female and male levels separate so no creepiness rest assured. Location is excellent. Very central and well connected to metro lines. Very reasonably priced restaurants downstairs and in the vicinity. 7/11 and family mart stores within 200m. Staff was excellent with one of them even helping me find my earrings that I accidentally threw into the trash! You won’t regret staying in this place. I stayed for 8 nights and loved it. Overall, can’t get better value for money in Tokyo!

Some ppl talked about wait times for the one elevator in the building. But honestly it was on an average wait time of 2 mins. People just need to be a bit more patient.

It's a very modern hotel and a great place to say! For the very reasonable price that they charge you get more than your money's worth. The shower room was nice and clean. They provide free hot drinks which is a nice bonus. There are also vending machines in the lobby which come in handy. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough, I'm very happy with my stay here.

The lockers are nice and tall but not that wide so keep that in mind if you have a large suitcase. Although there isn't a solution to this problem, I personally wish there was a staircase because I sometimes had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the lift which was slightly annoying but not a big deal.

Clean, convenient, and excellent customer service. A professional and nice looking establishment. All the facilities you need are easy enough to find. Security fob/key is secure and easy to use. There are lockers on the same floor as the beds that were big enough to fit my regular size suitcase. The location is right in the middle of Akihabara and easy to find.

Traditional shared Japanese bathroom on a separate floor away from bedroom floor, not really a bad thing just not my preference. Naturally I would prefer a private bathroom on the same floor. Not a deal breaker at all. You still have access to closed toilet stalls and sinks on the same bedroom floor. It was a tiny bit on the warmer side in bed, but not uncomfortable.

It is very close to Akihabara station, easily walked to. The lounge is nice and has two drink machines with many options. The lockers were big enough to fit my medium-sized luggage and a fairly large backpack just fine.

I was awoken by two foreigners sharing a larger room being loud around midnight and letting their alarm go off several times at 6 AM. Everyone else (Japanese and foreigner alike) was quiet and polite. The pull-down curtain things on each capsule have a horizontal rod on the bottom end, which would clack against the metal entrance when the air conditioner was on if they were not fully open or closed. I quietly fully lowered the ones that were in use and opened the ones that were empty, which fixed the problem.

The capsule was cozy and nice temperature. The lounge was nice, with free drink vending machines. The shower and bath area was also nice, clean, practical. Only one elevator for the 11 floors but I never waited for too long for it too come.

The pillow was not really comfortable. The capsule's blind cannot be drawn all the way down (or I couldn't do that) the slit is really small and probably okay for most people but I would have preferred to be able to completely control the light in the capsule.

Great value, location, steam bath and cleanliness. More suited to short stays, but comfortable and excellent value

Nothing major. There’s only 1 lift, so you just have to be patient sometimes. Would benefit from soap dispensers in the toilets on the sleeping floors (there are sinks). And adding some milk capsules to the lounge area. But that’s just nit picking really. Still a very comfortable stay.

1. Reception staff were polite and helpful. 2. Cosy lounge area with hot water and free flow of drinks. 3. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. 4.Great Location with easy access to train stations and amenities.

1. There is no hot water from the basins so washing face and hands with cold water was not that pleasant. 2. It was also very cold when taking a shower as there's no heater in the shower room.
