Location was perfect. Couple blicks from Higashi Ginza station. & A block from Tsukuji market. Best to roam around before market die down at 3pm. Across diagnally from the hotel, a nice little mall w/ Ginza Info Center and a Sushi academy. In the evening , strolling pass by Kabukishi towards famous shopping area was nice.

Perhaps it is the only downside was breakfast options. There were three locations outside the hotel. One was a bit far (for my tight schedule/ morning itinerary); one below was Italian which I wasnt up to. The place I went has good service with staff who speaks English well. However the food want impressive and it is vegan; a veggie soup, toast, and yogurt. I was hoping more of a standard breakfast: rice fish miso soup; or continental set. For the price of the hotel, it could be better.

Great location in a relatively quiet part for a Tokyo city centre. On walking distance of two subway stations wich will get u everywhere (eventually, if u find out how all these subway lines work). Staff was very helpful (they lend me a extra plug for my laptop bc i had a EU earthed plug for my laptop). And the plugs in the room were not earthed. And there is free coffee and tea in the lobby. Daily cleaning of the room. With huge bottles of soap (for hotel standards) U dont need to bring your own. It was even refilled.

It would have been a 10 if the room was a bit bigger. I had to close my suitcase everyday because the only place it could be open was on my bed. Since Japan is so handy with using space, a rack to store some stuff above the bed would give it a 9.5 ;). But u cant have it all. Its just a great place. Note: I was alone, with 2 people would have been a bit hard in that particular room.

The location was great - right across the street from the fish market. Very clean facilities.

The room is very tight.

Although the fish market has been relocated to somewhere else, there are still quite a lot of choices for sashimi in Tsukiji. This area is surprisingly quiet and not crowded whether during the day or at night, while Ginza and Hagashi Ginza are just 600-800m away. Clean and comfy rooms with helpful staff. Good value for money - might be a special offer for Booking.com members (not sure of its prices when without discount).

Room size is very small but acceptable (we are in Japan, right!) :) Environment and food of the restaurant on ground floor are good but not many choices.

The property was located very conveniently for the purpose of my travel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The rooms are really really small (which is normal for Tokyo but something to keep in mind). For breakfast you get a voucher that you can redeem for a panini downstairs or for other options which are about a 8 minute walk away. This wasn’t bad at all but for convenience I would have preferred a “traditional” in hotel breakfast.

The location is unbeatable! Lawson and many great restaurants around the corner! Many subway stations to choose. Easy access from both Haneda and Narita. The room is big for Japanese standard. We love the bathroom that separate between toilet and the bath/shower (the tap is like one in any onsen with a mini stool and a bucket). The tea/coffee station is very generous.

Nothing.

The location is so convenient - close to the Tsukiji market and bus stops / train lines. The hotel room is small but that is pretty standard anywhere else in the city center of Tokyo. The room is very clean and has all the amenities we need for our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great location, near Higashi Ginza and Tsukiji stations, you can choose which one would you like to take. Great breakfast options (3 restaurants near the hotel) Quick check-in and check-out Amenities available in the front desk

If you don't speak Japanese, you may find some things somehow difficult, like how to turn on the air conditioner, for example.

Amazing location to visit a Tsukiji outer fishmarket ad sushi dai and teamlab! They offer great refreshment options and rooms were clean with great wifi!

I didn’t not like how there weren’t smoking areas near or in the building
