Decent room size and also had a desk where I could work.

The room gets quite hot and they don’t allow guests to control the air conditioning. So every time it got hot, I had to call the front desk to reduce the room temperature. We stayed here for 5-6 nights and they only changed the sheets and towels, I was hoping they also vacuum the room at least. The floor got quite dirty by the end.

The corner room is BEAUTIFUL. The features in this room were amazing and it was very comfortable.

We arrived at 2pm and check-in was at 3pm. They told us we could check-in an hour early for an additional 400 yen. For ONE HOUR seriously? It was a joke. If they want customers to return they should really rethink their policy. We don’t just come back for a fancy room. Also the hotel breakfast was very expensive. It would be nice to have a cheaper option for those staying in the hotel.

Excellent location - it is right across the heart of Ginza shopping district (needless to explain), the Airport Limo bus stop and 500m away from the Tsukiju outer market. The hotel is tastefully decorated with "Bach" ("Grand Bach") theme. The room is elegant and comfortable and sound isolation is excellent. The staff are very helpful and take initiative to offer assistance to residents.

(Just personal opinion) The hotel lobby was very crowded during our stay - besides the many residents waiting in the lobby, the lobby is served as a temporary luggage storages for residents checking in or out. Understand the hotel has limited spaces but it makes the lobby a bit chaotic. Maybe they could find a room for the storage?

This was my third stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and the size of the rooms is bigger than most in Tokyo. Staff are friendly and helpful, and all the amenities provided are of excellent quality.

The windows' soundproofing could be better. If you stay on lower floors, you are likely to hear the traffic outside. Also, for the sake of sustainability, it is not necessary for the housekeeping staff to change the slippers everyday. For foreigners who do not understand Japanese, the choice of TV channels is limited - would be very helpful to have some movie channels and news channels in English.

I loved the location. We were so close to two train lines. I loved that I could walk to three different Star Bucks. I enjoyed having a cinnamon roll and Venti coffee every morning. The Hotel was just so close to all kinds of things. Train trips were quick and easy. First time in Tokyo and we took the train from the airport to Ginza and found the hotel quickly. I enjoyed the shower and found having the toilet in its own room great especially traveling with my grown son. I appreciated the motorized black out curtains.

I will say the beds were very firm. I had a purple seat cushion for an office chair with us. That saved me as I put it on the bed with a pillow and made the bed softer. I have a sleep number bed at home and I keep it on the softer side.

Great location in the middle of Ginza. Within walking distance to most things. About a block away from the closest train station stop, which is very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and offer a lot of amenities, which was a nice surprise. Will most definitely stay again.

You have to take two elevators to get out of the hotel. One of them takes you to the lobby and the other takes you to the first floor. It can be inconvenient because the elevators are very small and don't leave much room for people plus luggage, so you may need to wait.

We were going to book one of the lower-priced rooms, but I found that the Corner Rooms, which are essentially junior suites, were very reasonably priced. So I decided to splurge just a little, and we got a WONDERFUL room. The 42 sq. meters is no big deal by US standards, but in Japan it's a soccer field. The room was very comfortable, and well designed. The sofa was excellent, and the desk was surprisingly usable. Also, there is a stand-up sake bar right behind the hotel.

The included breakfast was designed to be healthy, which is fine, but there were no good options for people who were more interested in filling up than being super-healthy. If it had a large public bath, it would be perfect.

The hotel is in a nice location in Ginza, super close to train station and stores and restaurants and all the shops. We enjoyed the safe location away from the crazyness of Shinjuku and Shibuya. Hotel rooms are nice, beds are comfortable although the pillows are hard. There isn’t a gym onsite (extra fee to use nearby location), no pool, no on-site laundry either but there are same day laundry services available. There is a hotel bar and restaurant. No free lobby tea or coffee. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Would have liked more included amenities like a gym and onsite laundry. Make sure you’re booking a bigger room than you think you need, otherwise you might be in a tiny room with one double bed and a view of a wall (unless you upgrade…).

We asked the front desk staff to help with a couple of quite difficult requests, including booking us seats on short notice at the Blue Note Jazz club. The staff were very helpful, obliging and friendly. We really appreciated their skill and professionalism.

The breakfast was disappointing and we ended up skipping our (prepaid) breakfast on 2 out of our 4 mornings and going to a local fast food place for coffee and pastries. Unfortunately the breakfast options at this hotel do not accommodate a range of western tastes (eg soup, salad with dressing on it, vegetables on the side of very badly cooked scrambled eggs, a thimble full of smoothie…). In particular, we feel that the hotel should offer some lighter options for those wishing to have a light continental breakfast before heading out. If this hotel aims to satisfy travellers from Western countries it would be good if this could be fixed. Also, the corner suite we were in was not well vacuumed by housekeeping in the sitting area, with crumbs and dust etc visible on the carpet.
