Facility was great, room met my expectations, very clean and modern. Breakfast was small but overall complete (only a suggestion, please mention how the small oven works).
Location wasn't the best as it is 7-8 min away from a minor station and half a hour by foot from Tokyo Station.

Location was good, with nearby convenience stores and train stations. Walking distance to Ginza as well. Comfortable bed, great shower.
Housekeeping was not clean. when I first entered the room I saw popcorn crumbs on the TV remote, super dusty walls above the TV and toilet door. throughout my 1 week stay there I had housekeeping twice, and they were still not cleaned up both times.

I stayed in this room with a family of 4 and paid about sgd270 per night for 5 nights. The price was reasonable for the proximity to ginza and Tsukiji, the walking is not too much and there’s a popular tonkatsu shop just opposite the hotel. The facilities were all good and I really like the toiletries provided like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Their scents are right and good quality! The hotel is clean and provides full cleaning to rooms on 4th day which I think is a good idea since there are lotsa things in the room and the space is small, hence wouldn’t be easy too. I personally also like how the bathroom and shower with dressing mirror are compartmentalised so that each can be separately used.
The room is small so we could only place down and open 1 luggage permanently. It’s abit of hassle to open and close the other one. Would be good if spaces are planned to allow opening 2 luggage. And would be nice to provide non slip mat upon request for bathtub use especially if there’s young children.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Location great - walking distant to Tsukiji Fish Markets, Ginza and metro stations. The room was small, as had to add a 3rd bed however we didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't too bad. We found the hotel quiet and not noisy at all. Paid extra for breakfast and loved our choices - we enjoyed trying japanese food for breakfast - all very tasty, especially the japanese omelette. There was also fruit and pastry choices so we loved the variety. Staff at breakfast were very polite and welcoming. Staff at the front desk also helped us forward our luggage onto Nagoya for the following day at a very reasonable rate, saving us carrying onto Shinkansen. We loved this service in Japan. Wasn't expensive to forward the luggage and in our mind well worth it - just make sure to organise it the day before hand as it can take 24 hrs. All staff spoke very good english which made it easy. There was a coin operated washing machine / dryer which was easy enough to use and very convenient.
We had to add an extra bed to accommodate for our 13 yr old child - that is we opted for the triple bed option. It was a modern style hotel however the room small. Having said that we didn't spend a great deal of time in there. The bathroom was traditional japanese style where you wash outside of the bath so we did try to use it that way. With the shower head it was flexible so you can actually step into the bath and shower that way too. .

Hotel Vista Tokyo Tsukiji is a solid choice if you’re looking for good value in a prime location. The hotel is just a short walk from Tsukiji Market and close to plenty of shops in Ginza, making it super convenient for exploring Tokyo. That said, the rooms are very small, even by Tokyo standards. What’s more puzzling is the sliding door placed in the middle of the room, dividing the space into two. It’s hard to understand the purpose of this feature, and it makes the already compact space feel even tighter. On the bright side, the hotel provides all the amenities you need, so it’s still a comfortable stay overall. If you’re prioritizing location and affordability over spacious rooms, this hotel is a good option to consider.

Located close to Tokyo centre - 6 min by Taxi from the Central station, short stroll from seafood markets (highly recommend) and Kabuki-za. Lots of metro stations around too. At the same time our room was facing a very quiet street, so slept really well. We did not try any facilities, except for breakfast, which was a buffet, including mostly japanese cuisine, which was great. Our room was small, but very clean and had everything it needs. Toilet is separate from the showers, water pressure is surprisingly great. Each bed had a USB port to charge devices.
Room could be bigger, but for 1 night stay no complains. Longer stays may be uncomfortable when you need to deal with bags - the only room to unpack a bag was the beds.

Good location, close to more underground lines. The room was not so small as expected in Tokyo
The cleaning is every 4th day. I stayed 5 days, so they cleaned the room one day before I left, which was strange. I think the rule shall be flexible, depending on the case. One cleaning for a stay of 5 days is enough, but I would do it in the 3rd day. Also, I believe that changing towels every day is not necessary. Breakfast could offer some fruit and also to replenish if you come at a later time

The hotel is pretty, the staff helpful and polite. We also liked the location, quite close to the metro station and to convenience stores. Trash disposal every day was great, given that there aren't too many trash bins on the streets and you have to carry everything with you. I also appreciated the darkening blinds, comfortable beds and slippers.
There were only two points of inconvenience: 1) the size of the room - it was so small that large suitcases could only be opened if dragged to the hallway or put on the bed; 2) breakfasts could include more international options, as in many countries what is eaten in Japan for breakfast is eaten for dinner in my country, so I had to resort to constantly eating croissants and milk with cereals (such limited options are pretty troublesome for people with food limitations). So it would be amazing to include more bread and international ingredients to put on your bread.

Our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 8-year old child) had a fantastic stay at Hotel Vista. The room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom facilities were excellent. We stayed in a room with 3 beds which meant it was a little tight space-wise, but this is normal for Tokyo standards. Excellent location- very close to Tsukiji Markets and the area around there, as well as Ginza and numerous train stations. Handy having good, clean laundry facilities on site as well. We'd stay here again.
No complaints really- we'd always like a little more space in our room but like I mentioned above, this is normal for Tokyo.

Its a very clean, modern, and caters to a lot of Western travelers so the staff were multilingual and very accommodating. We’re from America but saw a lot of German, Italian, French, and other guests during our stay. The amenities were plentiful and by the elevators they even had items to take in case you forgot, like toothbrushes and razors. The hotel is only two blocks from Higashi ginza station which is a straight shot from Narita airport, and is only a few blocks from the Ginza shopping district and Tsukiji fish markets.
I would change nothing. If you are a taller person you might have issues with the shower height but it was fine for me being 5’4”!
