Perfectly located hotel in Ginza, near the metro station and several restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive and polite. The reception area has a coffee and tea station that also included a microwave, which is very convenient. Excellent bathroom facilities, good soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room is cleaned every day and they’ll change the bedsheets upon request. The room is small but more than adequate since we spent most time out.

The pillows are definitely something to be improved, it was hard as a rock. I requested an extra one and they advised they don’t have softer ones. We stayed for a whole week so it made sleeping a challenge. Also, due to the size of the room, there is no wardrobe or drawers, just a couple of hangers up against a wall.

Great location near Ginza close to the tube stops. Lots of shops and food outlets near by. Easy to get around the rest of Tokyo from this location. Room on the smaller side but was expected. Ideal for one but would have been a squeeze for two of us with luggage etc as only small fold out stand for one suitcase and that was across little entrance to room and limited hanging space. Hotel was quiet and very clean. It was a great hotel to stay at for marathon weekend.

Handheld shower that doubled as washbasin tap. It worked ok and was quite powerful but it needed to be held to shower under as the little hooks on the wall didn't keep it in place very well. Showerhead would turn so water spraying up against the wall rather than overhead.

Proximity to metro station (Higashi-Ginza Station) A stones throw from Godaime Hanayama Udon Ginza Within walking distance to three combini (Lawson, 7-11 and Family Mart) Secured accommodation! Only those with keycards can go up to guest floors A variety of complimentary toiletries available to guest at the lobby Laundry machines available

Breakfast option is limited to two set meals, both were on the small size portion wise. The room was clean though the accent walk could use some dusting. No english channel on the TV; probably just at knitpick but it would be nice to have

- room was comfortable - laundry room was convenient and cheap for 300jpy each - bathroom is nice, came with a bathtub so you can relax in it - nice view of city from upper floors - very good free amenities such as slippers, Mouthwash, toothbrush, hair ties, shavers etc. - very good service from polite hotel staff

- washing machine and dryer were limited to 2 each, had to wait a few times for a machine to be free. Would be better if it had 4 machines. - entering the hotel the first time was confusing, we would walk into the building with the hotel sign but we felt lost because there was only a lift. No signage to indicate we had to go up to lv2 via the lift for the front desk.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very small as per Tokyo expectations. Area was great. 15 mins roughly to walk to the stations, shops, food places, although food is on every corner and alley. Some small supermarkets nearby for water and snacks. The only issue for me was breakfast. Paid for it and only used one morning out of a total of eight. Very poor choice. I won't bother booking with breakfast next time. Overall, though, a very pleasant hotel.

Breakfast. No choice. Or the choice you had was just the same thing but slightly different. Only 3 variations of it.

Very good location on a quieter street in Tokyo but still easy walking to shops, restaurants, trains, busses and tubes etc. We had a compact double room that was fine for 3 nights so didn't unpack but it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The interesting thing with this hotel is that the lift is straight off the street - you go up one floor to reception and then up again to the rooms - which means once you've checked in you don't go through reception unless you take a detour there to speak to staff/ grab a coffee at the machine/ use the vending machine etc.

The cafe underneath the hotel is NOT part of the hotel and so this comment is NOT a criticism of the hotel at all, it's a criticism of the cafe owners who are independent of the hotel .......... the cafe is over priced, the advertising of available items is not clear, it is poorly stocked and it is understaffed to cope with the number of visitors it receives. It's a real shame as it's in a prime location with a captive market - the staff working there try their best but they need more help all round. Hopefully changes will be made before future visits.

This is an excellent small hotel with small but affordable rooms in a great location. Easy access to Higashi Ginza station, 10 mins walk to Ginza shopping, the fish markets and Teamlabs and Tokyo Station all within 10-15 minute taxi. 25 minute taxi to Haneda Airport.

There is a very small reception, there’s a cafe downstairs not it’s very limited. If you are used to 4 star hotels with lounge bars/ internal restaurants and buffet breakfast then this hotel is not for you. But as we were travelling with teens and needed 2 rooms with twin beds this was the best value we could find in central Tokyo - and the staff were lovely, although their English wasn’t great:

It had the basic needs and more for the hotel rooms we were using. They had some extra things I wouldn't thought I need like a table to work on somethings like using my computer instead of my lap. The screens for the outside window has two; one is to block some sunlight and the other completely makes the room dark if you want some extra sleep and not have the sun to disturb you is a huge plus.

They need some extra washer machines and dryers if they have aot of people staying in the hotel at the same time. It makes it very inconvenient to wait for someone to finish their clothes and forgets about it to pick it up so the next person can use it.

Great location - right next to subway from Haneda airport, very easy to get everywhere in Tokyo by subway, which is very logically organized. Fishmarked is near, Ginza with all upscale shopping is right there. Few cafes around to eat and two small convenience stores. Rooms are by Tokyo standards Ok sized (14-15 sq m and not 10-11 sq m) for this kind of money. Beds are quite Ok - not at all bad.

God a room which I then assume was smaller that what I booked, but I could not be botherred after 20 hrs of travel to change the room. Coming there again after a trip to Kyoto - so maybe I’ll get a bot bigger this time.

It was our very first trip to Japan so this hotel was a great starting point to discover Tokyo as a beginner. Toei line goes directly to the hotel from Haneda Airport (I think it is connected to Narita as well). All the main metro lines are just a few meters away which was the main reason we decided to stay here. The area of the hotel is charmingly quiet with a lot of shops and restaurants around. The staff was lovely. They've listened to our request and we've received a room on the higher floors, facing the street and we could also see the top of the Skytree. We couldn't hear any noises from the neighbouring rooms, nor from the streets when the windows were closed. The room was clean and I think I have never had such great pillows on a hotel bed. The breakfast not as bad as they described. Not the greatest taste but enough to start the day with a full stomach. There are also free amenities and great green tea at the lobby.

The bed was only 140 cm wide but you won't care with jetlag and after spending a full day in Tokyo. You will fall asleep as soon as you touch the bed.
