My favourite thing was because we stayed for four nights, we were offered a complimentary taxi service to pick us up from the airport. This was so great after coming off such a long flight! Mind you I’m not sure if that’s just what we got because we booked on booking.com It was located in a nice tucked away street. We were 10 mins away from the train station to Shibuya, 10 mins away from the shopping area where Uniqlo is, less than 10 mins away from the Fish Market. I’d say it was a good location near a lot of the touristy places in Ginza. I like that the toilet was separated from the shower and there was a sliding door to block off the bathroom area to the bedroom area. Also liked the complimentary breads in the morning.

That you had to pay a 1000 yen ($10 AUD) tax fee even though you already paid for the hotel.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the Ginza Corridor. Once we figured out our directions, it was very easy to get around, either by walking or subway or even taxi. The hotel is very modern and comfortable. Next time we stay, we will ask for a room on the 12th floor where the open garden area is as we enjoy feeling and seeing the fresh air every time we open the door of our room. The hotel reception staff were excellent and helped us with all our questions and requests. We loved their beds and the bedding, such a comfy sleep each night after a long day of pounding the pavements on streets of Tokyo.

No major complaints whatsoever.

Hotel was very clean, check-in was speedy and room was exactly like the pictures. The highlight was definitely the location in central Ginza. Super easy to get to and from the airport, as well as good location to get to other areas of Tokyo with plenty of shopping and food options nearby. The room wasn't the most spacious but expected of Tokyo hotels, but there was still enough space for 2 suitcases spread out on the floor. Loved the toilet configuration, the shower and toilet were split in different 'rooms' so each of us could go about our own business separately. Bed was very comfortable and amenities were plenty, we could basically skip on bringing most of our own toiletries.

Rooms are small, but typical of Asian metropolitan hotels. No big standouts that I didn't like. There was no view but we were only in the room at night so it didn't matter much.

I recently had the pleasure to stay at Agora Ginza Tokyo and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning location. What truly set this place apart was the incredible staff. Their kindness and warmth made me feel right at home. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and it truly made my stay exceptional.

My recent stay was a generally positive experience. There was nothing bad to say, which, in itself, can be considered a good thing. The location offered a comfortable and peaceful environment, making it a suitable choice for those looking for a relaxed stay. The staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any queries promptly.

It was quite difficult to find a spacious, more luxurious room in Tokyo to finish our trip without a huge price jump above standard rooms - so I was thrilled to find the Executive rooms at Agora Tokyo Ginza. They are very spacious, modern and definitely have a premium feel. The large bathroom and shower + light-filled room was a huge plus as we spent a lot of time in the room during our stay. Location is superb, right in the heart of Ginza.

The Executive Twin rooms open onto a shared courtyard at the top of the hotel. On weekends, this is often used by large groups for evening drinks and this can be noisy outside the room. I'd suggest visiting in mid-week if possible.

Beds are big and comfortable, bathroom and shower space were roomier than most hotels. We are 1min away from the Higashi Ginza line. On our first day we walked to the Ginza line as what the google map advised. However, its easier to just change train from Higashi Ginza station and access to the rest of the lines. We took our Limousine bus to Narita from another hotel which is less than 5mins away. Cabfare from Haneda airport to the hotel is 15-20 mins away for 7200yen.

The aircon in the room sometimes automated to central aircon randomly. We couldn't control the aircon cooler. There are no wardrobe, just two bar above near the dressing table. It looks kind of messy hanging our long jackets openly.

No breakfast was booked, location for us was perfect, in the Ginza area, just walk out and a wide selection of restaurantes, shops, underground transport, etc very recomended The hotel staff could not be nicer and more helpful, whenever you went past reception there was always a greeting and great smile. Thank you, you made our stay a great experience

We enjoyed our stay, rooms in Japan tend to be a bit tight, opening suitcases was a bit of a struggle but does not affect our overall stay in the least.

I enjoyed stayed at this hotel. Like majority of the other hotels in Japan, the room is tiny. In fact it was far too tiny but due to how recent it got built the place was clean and neat. Location is super awesome too, it was almost right behind it Ginza Six which is one of main department store and as well as Higashi Ginza station which has a line to the Narita/Haneda Airport.

There was no facilities such as gym, coin laundry (they had laundry service but not for underwear’s) and no breakfast room area either.

We enjoyed our stay at Agora. The hotel is very nice, easy to find and close to subway and bus stations, so it’s easy and quick to get to around Tokyo. In walking distance there are a lot of restaurants, shops, coffee spots. Tsukiji fish market is also very near. Tokyo station is around 15/20 minutes by foot. Check-in was easy, the staff lended us adapters for electricity sockets. The room itself was good size for Tokyo, nicely designed, very cleaned with comfy bed and all amenities, complimentary coffee and TV with Netflix. Altogether great value for the price and very enjoyable stay, would recommend.

The location is great - right in the heart of Ginza and very close to the metro station. The hotel is very nice - modern, nicely designed and featuring some luxurious little touches. For us it was a perfect base for exploring Tokyo

The room is small. Ok for 2-3 nights stay, but I would imagine it will feel very claustrophobic if you stay there for longer. Also, our room was facing a wall 1 meter away from the window, so very little daylight. We stayed on two occasions at this hotel - and during the second stay they gave us a room on another floor which had a view. That was much nicer!
