Very nice accommodations, modern design, and very comfortable. I was lucky to be able to find this place, and I booked 3 nights not long before the check-in date. The staff is great, especially Akino. I didn't ask for her name, but I saw it on the "Meet Our Staff" board. She is an enthusiastic, energetic girl who can speak English very well and has traveled to many countries. Both the room and the bathroom are nice, clean, and private even though it is a shared space.

When I got there at 11:20 a.m., no one was at the check-in desk for about 30 minutes. I hope I can find a button to press to call someone. The location is also a bit far from the train stations and not on a main road, which made it hard for me to get to and from the hotel with the luggage. As I walk lhome late at night, the street is very quiet, but that's fine. I feel very safe in Japan.

I appreciate the staff, who were very attentive and friendly. There was also a nice spot to relax, such as a cafeteria or lounge. The kitchen was well-equipped for anyone needing to warm up food or get water. I liked the shower and bathroom; they were clean and well-prepared for use. Additionally, they provided everything necessary, including a coin-operated washing machine, shampoo, body wash, and more. It is also very close to major stations (15-minute walk), and there are several convenience stores nearby.

I think it's not related directly with them but it was a little uncomfortable to hear noises of the other guests at night because some didn't respect the silence time and were annoying. The bathroom might get full but you could try in other bathrooms from different floors.

The hotel is located right next to Akihabara - 5 minutes by foot, tops. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The facilities are clean and functional. The provided lockers are serviceable and security in general is valued.

Avoid political topics - the entire staff is quite far left even by western standards. The size of the capsule rooms, 12 beds, is challenging considering this is right next to one of the biggest entertainment areas of Japan; or to put it differently, "hell is other people".

Good and clean facilities. The women's washroom was very spacious and well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hairdryer. The room was clean but not much free space which made packing/unpacking a bit more difficult, but not unmanageable. The aircon worked very well in the room and the complimentary earplugs were appreciated. The location was great with the hostel being equidistant from Akihabara and Asakusabashi stations so it was well connected to the rest of Tokyo.

Breakfast was tea/coffee and a doughnut. It had to be booked the day before, which I often forgot to do.

The staff is really friendly (even to drunken guys hitting on them), and really do their best to create a nice homely atmosphere. Kitchen is small but serviceable, and you can find both a drinking water and a tea water dispenser. Lockers are quite big. Prime location to tour Akihabara on a budget, with an excellent giant supermarket really close by.

The 14-people room tend to be quite dirty, and so do the bathrooms on the same floor. Of course this is more the customers' fault than the hostel's. The hot water is chlorine heavy, and the soap/shampoo/conditioner are more on the aggressive side so bring you own if you have sensitive skin.

The shared bathrooms and toilets were very clean. This hostel uses Leaf & Botanics products which smells great and eco friendly. The hostel has a shared lounge area and you can hang out with fellow travellers and staff. It's very quiet at night, few people in the lounge, if drinking they are responsible and not drunk. The staff are very kind, nice and helpful.

Getting to the upper bunks you have to step on metal railings which can be difficult. Would've been great if they included two pillows as standard but I'm sure you can just ask for another one. Blankets were a bit short for tall people like me at 6ft. Rental towels cost ¥300 per set. WiFi was sometimes flaky.

The location is great, an easy walk to the main center of Akihabara, and down a quiet residential street so there's no road noise at night. The capsule beds were very spacious and the mattresses and bedding were comfy. The lights and outlets inside each one work really well. The staff was REALLY friendly and spoke great English. Bathrooms were very clean. The cost is a bit high, but that's true of Tokyo in general.

The walls are a bit thin so we could hear things going on in adjacent rooms. A gluten-free option for breakfast would be nice, since only donuts were available :)

Bathrooms were very clean all the time, staff made sure its shining! Shower cabins were comfortable to use. Toilet was also always clean. Staff was able speak very very good english and they were really kind and understanding (we were almost late for the check in, they contacted us and understood our issue). Beds were comfy, clean and pretty big. A/C worked well. We also got free donuts once! Hostel is located in quiet alley with pretty quick access to Akihabara JR station (like 10-15 minute by foot). Place is nicely looking and inviting! Worth staying there, highly recommend!

The only downside which is really minor i can think of is accessing the upper bed, the steps are kinda hard, i believe soft material put on the steps would fix that minor issue :) other than that the hostel is completly perfect!

The hospitality and friendly atmosphere created by the staff is amazing and allowed to feel safe and comfortable. They took care of luggage free of charge on check in and out days. The dorm is clean and spacious with a strong blind for privacy. The lounge is also cosy and conveniently connected with a popular restaurant where many Uber Eats deliverer came. A supermarket and a couple of Konbini are 3 minute walk away. The area is much calmer than nearby Akihabara and Asakusa, adding to the safe and relaxing feel.

cool vibe, very quiet. bathrooms were very clean. Futons very comfortable. Inside the room for 3 ppl we had two capsules and a platform for a futon. The capsules are surprisingly roomy, and provide great privacy and storage for all of your stuff. Air conditioning was awesome, really great! and the showers in the common bathrooms were also fantastic. good pressure.

- At check-in we were told that if the bathroom on the 2nd floor (where our room was) was full, we could use the one on the 3rd or 4th floor. The clerk didn't tell us that the 2nd floor bathroom was for women only, and we were three guys. so we had to go up a flight of stairs every time we needed to use the bathroom, kind of annoying when you get up to pee in the middle of the night. - the aluminum rungs used to climb into the upper capsule are very hard and painful to bare feet or just socks, so you have to wear slides and take them into the capsule with you. - as many others have noted, the light in the capsule is extremely bright and could use a dimmer. Also, only one outlet in the capsule, so come prepared.
