The whole experience was very good overall. I especially appreciated the great communication and kind and great staff/housekeeping. The split shower and bath was a very pleasant surprise. We all really appreciated the Royal Jelly in the shower amenities! Everything was available to cook, although our group of late 20-somethings relied more on Konbini food. The blankets were very comfortable and warm. Enough room for 3 of us to comfortably live and move around in. Very convenient location to nearby metro and a short walk to Akihabara proper. Very very satisfied!!

We’re a family of four and booked a standard family room for 4 nights. It’s tucked away behind Yodabashi and it’s really nice residential area with a school. Check in was easy (but note that there is no one on reception after midnight so you would need to ring the bell. They will send all the instructions) We liked our little apartment a lot - there was a top bunk bed, plus a sofa bed under it and two separate twin beds. The room had a full sized washing / drying machine that was so easy to use. Takes about 4 hours to wash and dry clothes which was so convenient. The toilet is modern and separate from the bath. There was a kitchenette with and electric stove, a microwave, toaster, full set of plates, side plates, miso bowls, utensils, scissors, cling wrap, rice cooker, pans and a medium sized fridge with a freezer. It was nice having a small dining area for us 4. The TV is big and Smart so you can log into your YouTube and Netflix accounts (it logs you out automatically Cleaning is done every 3 days, and trash is collected outside your door on a daily basis. It’s about 3 mins walk to the Family Mart to the left of the hotel once you exit but I recommend going the opposite way to Life Supermarket - which looks upscale for a supermarket. They have amazing food and really good melon bread! It is about 12 minutes on foot to Akihabara station.

The shower area smelled a bit musty - there was an exhaust fan but most of the time didn’t help. The water from the shower area takes time to heat up.

Stayed 7 nights. Love everything about the place. Perhaps because we’re 3 pax, the room is big enough for us. We have 1 foldable pram, 3 luggages in total, and there’s still room around. Love love love the washing machine + dryer, it’s so convenient to have clean and fresh clothes when we needed it. One of the housekeeper was so friendly, and gave up direction tips too! Distance to akihabara was super easy, Just straight up! A 3 lvl supermarket is nearby too, plus point!

1. The auto sensor light at the kitchen area. It’s very disrupting and annoying. Hope the lights can be manual instead, especially we have a toddler in the room. 2. If baby cot could be provided for family with young children.

Property is a close walk to Akihabara but not too close that it’s very noisy outside the rooms. It’s actually very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Family mart is available diagonally opposite the street which makes it easy to grab a quick bite. The room has everything a family will need. Facilities are clean. Staff are very helpful. Room has washer/dryer that was very handy to have inside your room.

With 4 people and 4 suitcases the room became very tight. It was a challenge with suitcases and arranging who has their suitcase open in order to use. Once you have also used the couch to become one of the beds, the cushions on it are all over the room, you need to try find a space for it. With family of 4, tight squeeze but very do able. Kids just learnt to adjust.

The Apartments are compact. However, they have used all the space with such efficiency you feel as if you have more space. Two tall adults and 2 kids was cramped but because of the extra storage under beds and unique layout it felt bigger and more useable that all the other apartments we stayed in over the 6 weeks in Tokyo. My children loved borrowing the switch and games from reception when I had to work. Staff were super helpful and gave us great clues for supermarkets and access to places.

Washing machine has an inbuilt dryer that is the slowest machine I have ever used. It takes all night and still everything isn't very dry. I would recommend either using it every single day for small family loads while you are out and about OR going to the laundromat down the road 10m and doing you washing in bulk every few days in 2 hours. We tried to wash and hang in the bathroom overnight with the dehumidifier but it still wasn't enough to dry the whole families' clothes overnight. We were in rainy season everyday so needed to wash everyday because of the humidity.

Comfortable room for our family - it can be hard to find rooms for 4 people in Japan. The kitchen, refrigerator and laundry were very convenient for our longer stay and very clean. Comfortable beds, abundant towels and free laundry detergent, nice appliances and dishes (though we didn't really use these, it gave us options). The hotel was affordable so we kept it while doing an overnight elsewhere so we didn't have to repack and haul our giant bags while exploring.

Location was not as convenient to attractions as expected - consistently need to take several subway trains to attractions. You need to put the trash and laundry outside the room every day, as cleaning is only t-2 times per week, but really, who needs daily cleaning? Communication can be challenging as it goes through the Booking app to another country, so last minute requests (such as late checkout) are hard to get answered.

The location was convenient. Easy to get to JR or subway line. Room was well appointed and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was quiet with a great supermarket to buy food and supplies close by.

The shower room could been improved to be a drying room as well. As the washing machine/dryer combo was a little inefficient.

It was super comfortable, clean and I really like the door and lift option of using password and not card keys.

There were 2 of them bearing similar name in Akihabara and I was having a hard time to key in their address and hotel name when booking driver. It was also a little bit far from train station.

It was a cool room and close to a “food ally” with all kinds of restaurant and bars. About a 10 minute walk to the train station.

No amenities to be had here. However there was a washer/dryer in the room. The room was very small for 4 people. The walk was a little far in the rain.

It is really near Akihabara where all the fun happens. If your luggages are not too heavy or bulky, the aprox 10 mins walk is a treat to experience the quiet neighbourhood of akihabara. There are many services nearby as well as clinics if you were to fall sick and need to see a doctor. A really nice family friendly place.

It's a rather smaller apartment room but it catered to all the needs of my family.
