Clean, convenient location, good facilities in the apartment, quiet neighborhood

The room was too small for two people. It was not the room that was advertised in the photos, which was misleading. I would have paid more for a bigger room had I known.

I recently stayed at this home, and it exceeded my expectations! Despite being located near the train station in the heart of Tokyo, the area was surprisingly quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest. The security was top-notch, making us feel safe throughout our stay. The convenience of having easy access to public transport combined with the tranquil surroundings makes this place a true gem.

While the home is cozy and convenient, I do wish there was a bit more space for a comfortable sofa to relax on after a long, tiring day of exploring the city. Overall, though, it’s a wonderful spot for anyone seeking a balance between accessibility and peace.

The hotel apartment is conveniently located and very safe area in tokyo. Walking distance for the train stations & convenience stores and the park is nearby. The space was quite big & adequately divided w/o compromising comfort or personal space. Love how they let us check in early too because of our flight. We read a bad review but upon reading that negative review, those were such small things that don’t really matter. I’m very satisfied with the place, the price and the customer service. My family enjoyed it!

The aircon suddenly iced on our 4th or 5th day that slightly affected the room temperature. That’s all.

The apartment is also near to the train station, just within 100m walk only. There is a nearby cafe, offered good value breakfast. Convenience store and McD are within the vicinity. Laundry service is available at the ground floor of the apartment. The room is spacious with 3 queen size beds with a balcony. We enjoyed the stay here very much.

Nothing but you maybe feeling uncomfortable as there is a graveyard behind, 1-2 blocks away from the apartment. In Japan, it is considered normal. It didn't bother us at all during the stay.

Well located and well equipped

The furnishings were very basic, nothing like the photo.

The space was big for a Japanese apartment. It comfortably fit all 6 of us. It had a washing machine but no dryer, but our clothes dried sufficiently on the clothes horse which we put on the balcony. The shower/bath combo was great. We loved the electronic code access and not having to share a card or key between us. Excellent location - 1 minute away from local train station or 10 minute walk to UENO Station.

The location was great and there were nearby cafes, restos, and convenience stores. Walking distance to Inaricho station. Smooth check-in and check-out. The room is good enough for our family of 6. Comfortable and very responsive host.

the kitchen was too small and the divider door was not working properly. The TV channels were local channels only.

The apartment is close to Inaricho station with McDonald’s and a coffee shop nearby. The bed was really comfy and the apartment was spacious. The owner was very helpful and responsive. There is no check in. I just went to the place and followed the instructions to get into the room. Love it! Will come back to stay again.

There’s no minimart like 7-11 or Lawson nearby. You’ll have to walk a bit.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Great to have kitchenette and washing machine and cupboard space to unpack. Really liked the location, very close to Inaricho Station and walking distance to Ueno and Asakusa. Was nervous about self check in after arriving at night after our flight but all went smoothly.

The apartment was amazing. It had only one unit per floor so you don't need to share a hallway with anyone. In addition, the location is great, walking distance to Ueno Station and a few steps to Inaricho Subway Station which you can take to Ginza, Tsukiji Fish Market and etc. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The staff was friendly and promptly replied.

We saw a few hairs and dust on the floor.
