Every aspect of this hotel is excellent - except they won't store your luggage after check-out for the afternoon. So if you have an connection to an evening flight, or another hotel that has a check-in at 3 pm, then you have to go a railway locker or similar to store luggage. Please change this, and I will come stay again!

Great location 6-min walk from Ebisu station in a more residential neighborhood, close to other great neighborhoods such as Nakameguro and Daikanyama, one stop from Shibuya station. For a hotel in Tokyo it's a great size, doesn't feel cramped at all. Nice new/updated sink and shower, comfortable bed, daily housekeeping. Hotel will lend you an umbrella if it rains. Breakfast is coffee and grilled "cheese". The cafe sells wonderful fruit sando's.

The hotel won't take your luggage on your check-out day. Best option is to store your luggage at Ebisu station (or look up other places where you can store your luggage paid). Would have liked more desk space in my room but the cafe has seating. Didn't like the wasabi mayonaise in the free breakfast.

It is close to Ebisu station and the link to the Yamanote Line. Housekeeping ladies were present and helpful. Coffee shop provides early morning drinks and sandwiches. (Becomes a happening place after 11am)

They do not store luggage after check-out but can offer late check out at a very reasonable cost if rooms are available (There is a Family Mart just down the road which offers a connection to the Yamato Transport, which takes bags to the airport. May need a two day delivery time. There is a moderate fee.). Check bulletin board in hotel lobby area for hints on how to traverse the area .

I came before my check in time and was able to leave my suitcase in their coin lockers. Very nice interior from the lighting to the furnishings and my room was pretty spacious for a japanese hotel. The free breakfast was nice and they offer a take out option which was convenient. The pillow and bed was really comfortable but the size may feel small to some. Since I went in January, the room wasn't drafty or cold inside. Everyone working there I encountered spoke english and was very friendly. The area around the hotel is really quiet!

I wish there was more options for the breakfast but I do understand if you want something other than the sandwich you have to choose from the cafe menu which isn't included in the free breakfast.

Very modern and stylish place, with an automated check in and free amenities. Room is relatively small however its high ceilings and modern shower make it enjoyable. The bed is comfortable and the view isn't too bad. Great location just a 5min walk away from Ebisu station.

Small desk space in the room and besides the small lockers, there is no service available to keep your bags. Breakfast is good but limited in choice, and not optional... and beware of the crazy line outside the hotel because the cafe is quite popular!!

Breakfast was just OK. The staff in the breakfast area were very kind and friendly. Rooms were relatively small, but VERY comfortable and functional. The mattress, the shower, and bathroom amenities were delightful.

Everything here exceeded my expectations. A limited amount of towels and washcloths were provided, but the housekeeping staff happily provided anything else that was needed upon request.

this Hotel surprised me for location and very easy to get subway or public transportations. Also very easy to walk to Shibuya or near Areas. Ebisu is also reach of restaurants and bars. Hotel offer a large variety of informations. Young staff welcome you and ready to assist you during all your staying. I often travel to Tokyo for business, i know Ebisu area quite well, i did not know this hotel, i will be back 100%

size of rooms are small like all this kind of hotels i guess. I booked double badroom in order to have more space even if i was alone. I wish to know if they have bigger room for future booking.

Pros: great location, nice cafe by the lobby serving breakfast,, smart-speaker could connect to your phone to play music.

Cons: there is a lipstick mark on the room curtain. While checking in the machine requested 2 passport copies, we only had one that was easy to access; the other one was in the suitcase. after we explained we could provide the passport copy later, the staff insisted on scanning both passports so to get the room card (in a not-friendly way). Yet the machine still gave the room card anyway. not that flexible. they normally don't provide "keeping luggage service" after checking out; which is inconvenient.

my second time to this hotel, it is new building, everything super clean, staff super nice, small breakfast suitable to start day and location of this structure perfect for staying in Tokyo, business or pleasure. Few minutes away from subway station and 20 min walk away from Shibuya. Also ebisu much more quiet than other Tokyo areas but still close to everthing.
