Great Location in a quiet (for tokyo) area. 5 min walk to train stations. Self check in with assistance if required. They also held our luggage for several hours after check out which was great. Public baths were a decent size and very relaxing. Staff all very friendly and polite and were very helpful even with limited English. Towels were refreshed daily but you could also have sheets changed and room cleaned if you didn’t put the notice on your door. Large room for Japanese standards, good sized bathroom as well. Always great pressure with the hot water too. Comfortable mattress. The cupboard with hanging space was nice too. Complimentary cold water in the fridge each day.
The pillows - they’re normal for Japan but they are so small and thin and contained lots of what felt like beads. We asked a few times for extra pillows but they were not available. We bulked them up with towels and the hotel supplied pyjamas to make it more comfortable. The breakfast was expensive for what it was - ¥1800 and it wasn’t very good, but we did not pre pay this, instead only paying once, so I didn’t mind. It is easy to go and find food elsewhere.

- Room is spacious (over 200 sqft) and renovated/new - Spacious bed (queen size), very comfortable blanket and mattress - Professional, friendly and helpful front desk staffs - great location, Lawson, Family Mart & 711 are all within a minute walk, three subway/train station nearby, safe neighborhood
No air conditioning option during Nov as they have central air conditioning/heating system. As of Nov 27, they have switched to heating system. However, the issue is resolved by switching to a higher floor and opening the window. The staffs also sent us an individual cooling system/fan to help keeping the room cooler.

Location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to get to main attractions.
Breakfast offering can be improved, but it may be a matter of taste.

Location was great. Room good size, fire Tokyo standards. No problem s with cleaning. I would come stay again.
Only one pillow supplied for each Bec and it was not the best at that. They could off supplied more pillows and of different types. The one supplied had bean bag balls at the base.., really different and uncomfortable.

Despite we arrived in the midnight, the frontdesk replied the message very soon and the staff was quite nice. We saw a lot foreign travelers and the staffs here can speak English and very friendly. Although the location of the hotel is in the middle of 2 stations but on the other hand it has good access to take JR, 2 different tokyo subways, and the monorail line (which is very convenient to get to the Haneda airport). FYI, it took 8500 JPY via TAXI from the Haneda airport to the hotel (as we had to take a TAXI when we arrived in the midnight) ---which was relatively affortable considering the TAXI fee is quite high in Japan. There are several small drugstores, supermakets, and convenient stores nearby for shopping. The hotel is near the Tokyo Tower, and not very far from Ginza. Easy for tourists' sightseeing without taking a subway. The room was relatively big (regarding that the hotels with the same cost are usually very narrow)--- we used the twin room and still we were able to open 3 suit cases for packing. We could hear a bit noise from the railway but it was bearable and not annoying. There is a big bathing place (which provides several brands of shampoo), vending machines (with soft drinks and Japanese beer), and a smoking room on the 13th floor. There are enough resturants around for a breakfast or a dinner. We enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend.
There's nothing to complain! If I have to say that there's a small accident during the stay: the 13th floor's bathing place needs the room key-card to get in. I used the room key-card to enter but forgot it in the locker while I got out, hence I had to stay outdoor, wait for someone to let me in---unfortunately there was someone using the hair dryer that making a noise, prevented the people inside to hear my knocking at the door LOL. It might be nice if there was a quick access to call the staff (although I understand that I can use the phone at the elevator but it's time consuming and I worried that my Japanese is not good enough to express myself). It was a little awkward standing outside the bathing place in the middle of the night LOL.

room is clean and slightly bigger than the average room in Tokyo. The room provides Fabric freshener and sanitizer as well as free mineral water everyday. The hotel also provides public bath which is located at level 13.
the room does not have a choice to use air conditioner and only central heater was available at that time (2nd week of March). The window can't open wider, just around 3 inches wide. It was very stuffy and hot especially the weather during that period raise up to 22c.

The lobby was welcoming with plenty of staff awaiting and assisting. I like the tea and coffee provided in the room. The sauna was small and not as clean as I'd thought it would be. The restaurant was closed while we were there, so I wish they stay open throughout the day. I like how my child received a small package that included indoor slippers. I like how my child was given child PJs.
I didn't like how we were given the runaround when requesting a refund we never got. The rooms were smaller than expected. There were no streaming services or English TV. The TV was outdated. The location is not close to attractions, even though the subway was 7-9 minutes walking.

Size of rooms, location of hotel, efficiency and helpfulness of staff, in-room amenities. Excellent value for money.
A fitness center would help. Maps provided by the hotel to get to-and-from the hotel would be more helpful if north-south indicators and/or most important landmarks near all the train stations in the vicinity of the hotel were shown. a 7-11 store or Lawson’s is not a landmark as there is one on almost every block! As elsewhere in Japan, street names are no help, but few more could have helped oirient our search home a little better. We got lost a lot trying to walk back to the hotel from train stations, but never while going to the stations.

The hotel was great for a few nights in Tokyo. Very clean and with good location. The staff (minus one person only) was very kind, we asked for two extra pillows for my husband because of his back problem and they managed to sort it out for us! It was the perfect hotel for our stay and definitely good value for the money. Ps. We didn't get breakfast in the hotel but there's a lovely boulangerie a few minutes away!
One person of the staff was a bit rude to us upon our arrival (as soon as we walked into the hotel and approached the counter with a big smile he didn't welcome us but only said "go to the check-in" pointing at the machines) and to my husband when we asked for two extra pillows. Maybe he was having a bad day but kicked off our stay not in the best of ways.

I stayed here for 19 days in October for an extended business trip. It was a fantastic spot to come home to each night. The room was extremely sizable by Japanese standards. I could spread out my stuff, the desk was useful and the lighting was excellent. It was nice to hop up to the onsen at night, as a result I slept very well. The quality of the bed and bedding was top-notch. I liked that 2 bottles of water came everyday. The hotel laundry service was fantastic with same-day return. It was like getting a little present at the end of everyday. The Petit Maruetsu nearby was a great resource as well. The breakfast buffet had every conceivable thing you'd want. The staff was great to work with. Everyone is very helpful and majime. I especially liked Kitajima-san at the front desk. She was patient, helpful and a delight to chat with. Please clone her. :-) The hotel is located in a odd little faux Italy neighborhood which is about 10 mins walk to Shinbashi station, which is an excellent rail hub. It's 15 minutes to Ginza and 10 minutes to Hammamatsu-cho. So with a little effort you can get anywhere in Tokyo with ease. I will definitely come back!
The selection of the buffet was amazing, but after 19 days in a row, I wish some items would change more often... It is a very minor complaint.
