Self contained, near food and transportation. Clean and quiet location with really good sized room for a Tokyo hotel/apartment.

Having an apartment meant a little more space and freedom to use a kitchenette. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to unpack and put everything away.It was in a quiet location but close to the Daimon subway which is on the Asakusa and Oede lines. There is also a 7 eleven, familymart and a red Lawson within 3 mins walk of the apartment. On the main Street 5 mins away you have the station entrance, McDonalds Mos Burger and a Starbucks. As well as lanes and lanes of amazing local places to eat. We will definitely be staying here again.

I asked for an extra pillow and was told I couldn’t have one.

Great location - close to Daimon and walkable to the Monorail to Haneda. There are also some good eateries around the area. It’s walkable to Tokyo Tower (15 mins)and we managed to walk to Ginza in 30-ish mins … we found Tokyo’s a good walking city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family room with 2 singles and a bunk bed for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The room was has everything you need but space-wise it’s only comfortable for a short stay (we stayed 2 nights). The room has good facilities - separate toilet, good shower/small bath, washing machine and small kitchen if you need it. There are Family Marts and Lawson close by to get whatever you need that the hotel doesn’t supply. For the price band, this was a good option for a short stay.

Minor issue - as with a lot of hotels the bed pillows aren’t great.

Wade at front desk went above and beyond. He genuinely loves helping people. All staff called a taxi when we needed and they showed up in minutes. Our last day it rained so taxi’s we’re busy, Wade walked down the street in the rain to try find one for us! So kind. Loved having kitchenette even when we didn’t cook, for plates and cups and scissors and knife and cutting board.. etc. Space well designed. Beds comfortable and big. Washer/dryer takes like 5 hours but we loved doing laundry loads to have fresh clothes. I would recommend!

More directions and signs in room in English.

Convenient location near mrt Everything you need they provide from washing machine with dryer, washing powder, shampoo and body soap all the way to free rental of nintendo switch. My kids love the switch and bathtub! Service was beyond excellent. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Staff by the name of Yu actually even helped us bring our luaggage to the nearest convenience store to do luaggage delivery as we couldnt communicate with the local store staff in English. He really went over and beyond. Despite language barrier for one of the staff during check in, they tried really hard to advise and helped us find more info online. Couldnt have asked for more

None.

We booked the Superior King Room. -Clean and tidy -Good amenities, some available from lobby -Good size -Useful powerpoints, USB ports at the bed -Enough gear for cooking, induction hotplate, microwave and fridge -We liked the firm beds, others may not. -Housekeeping at scheduled times throughout your stay -Close to both the JR line and Metro station

Not an issue, but elevator and room is accessed via codes. You will memorize them after a couple uses. -The room itself was clean, but the blinds need to be dusted. -Smoking area is 4 minute walk to local park

Great value for money! The location was very convenient, only a few minutes walk from Daimon metro station. The size of the room was really good for our family of 4, with beds and even a small table and seated area for meals. The kitchen is well equipped and laundry too. It's clean and quiet at night. Just what we needed for exploring the city. If we go back to Tokyo I will be booking in to MONday Apartments - they have several locations around the city. We were in easy reach of Tokyo Tower and direct train to Haneda Airport. The staff were very helpful too and stored our bags ahead of our check in so we could make the most of our time to explore the area.

Nothing to dislike really. There were no food options on the property, only a drinks vending machine but there's a Lawson's store very close to grab anything we needed.

Hotel location is excellent, in a quiet area but close to two subway stations and Tokyo Tower. Everything is very clean and the room layout is well designed. The kitchen area in the room has essential utensils and an extractor fan over the hob to avoid cooking smells settling on clothes. The staff are helpful and we would like to single out YuYu Wang, who was friendly, knowledgeable and put a lot of effort into making us feel welcome and finding information for us.

Pillows were a bit small.

The hotel is within walking distance to Tokyo Tower and zojoji temple a very good spot to take.photos with Tokyo tower. 7 minutes walk from Damon Station and Onarimon Station. It's located near office building. Close to big family mart down the road so still pretty convenient and central to everywhere. Love that's it's pretty spacious for family of 4 and have its own washing machine as well.

The location is in office area so pretty quiet at night and bit far from everywhere except Tokyo tower and zojoji temple but good value for price .

Location is convenient, walking distance to Mita Line, Metro Line, quite long walk to JR Line (but we don't mind the walk). Plenty of convenient stores in the area (Lawson, Lawson natural, Family Mart and 7-11). The Room is large compare to most room in Japan, we are 2 adult with 5 years old kid really enjoy our stay. All equipment function well.

Nothing really, the only thing that i didn't like is the pillow is too soft, i use towels in addition to the pillow. We actually thinking of buying new pillow LOL in the morning after our neck hurt so bad but the towel worked out well (we try this towel trick on the 2nd night).
