This chain of hotels offer excellent facilities with spaces to sit and eat in the room, a small kitchenette and a washing machine in each room. For travellers who have a trip over several weeks, this is brilliant. It is located close to two supermarkets so we were able to buy supplies. It is also close to Gaiemmae subway station on the Ginza line and is a walkable distance to many interesting shopping districts, museums and galleries

We initially booked a double room which was simply not big enough as this was the last stop on our trip and we needed space to organise our packing. We were able to change to a twin room but it was an older style room, very clean but with carpet stains etc. The hotel is in the process of refurbishing their rooms and other hotels in this chain we stayed in were exceptional.

This place is a business hotel but it works perfectly for tourists looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet place to sleep. The room is compact but I found it perfect for a solo traveller and a couple would be fine. I had wonderful views of Tokyo from my room and the bed was comfortable. The room had everything I needed and the washer dryer was a huge bonus. Front reception spoke English and were extremely helpful. Breakfast is ok. Not a huge number of options especially if you're a westerner looking for fruit or cereal, but there was enough for me to make do and it was pretty reasonably priced as these things go. Location is excellent and I enjoyed waking home from Harajuku and the main shopping areas, plus there are lots of places to eat nearby including vegetarian and vegan friendly (check happy cow) options. Highly recommend for location, efficient service and comfort.

- Great location, 5 minute walk to the subway station for the Ginza line, 20 minute walk to Harajuku/Shibuya area. - Room was mostly clean and comfortable with different options for housekeeping. - Quiet, slept well at night. - Great amenities with washer dryer, kettle, fridge and microwave in the room itself. - AMAZING view of Tokyo from the windows on the higher floors. - Helpful staff, I left my key inside my room one njght and they had no problem making me a new one at no extra cost. - Good value for money in Tokyo, would stay again!

- The housekeeping could do with being just a little bit more thorough to make it a 10/10 instead of 9/10, the surfaces (including everything on the nightstand) were quite dusty when I checked in and when I moved the footstool there was lots of lint/debris underneath.

The concept of this hotel is a condominium. It is located next to a cemetery so it's very peaceful and quiet but some people might not like it. The room I stayed in had a killer view of the city and its surrounding. It had a mini kitchenette where you can kinda warm their food and even do some light cooking with an electric stove (pan, pot, knife, etc were provided, just make sure to wash them after use). It also had a small washer/dryer so it is super convenient. The room itself was bigger than most compared to hotels in Tokyo for its price. AC was good and the shower was good too. Everything was clean and tidy. Walking distance to a family mart, a 24h grocery store, a Starbucks, and the G lines, some shops and restaurants. - Amenities are in the lobby so make sure to grab some before coming up to your room. - Lobby has a vending machine, an ice machine and a coffee machine. The last two are free of charge. - Hotel can keep your luggage for you before you check in and after you check out.

There was no complementary water bottle in the room like most hotels. That was a surprise for me.

Location is amazing and the staff was very friendly! Aoyama is a great part of Tokyo that is a bit more chill than the more touristy areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. I really liked the vibe there in the few days I spent in the area!

Room is small, but that is normal for Japan! As a first time visitor I was not expecting that! Also the system is such that the AC only works when you're in the room and the card is in the holder by the door. This is also not much of a problem because the room is basically a bed and a bathroom, so it cools down quickly!

The staff was really helpful and nice. The view was magnificent both from the hotel lobby and the room window. The room decorated good and all of the available facilities worked well. Private Washing machine in the room was helpful. The hotel staff is available 24/7 and stored our luggage while we were out of Tokyo for 1 day.

Like in most Tokyo hotels, the room is pretty small if you have big luggage and want to open it. There is no closet or place to store your clothes. Take in mind that the bad can be a little short for tall persons.

Great location and a very good stay. The room is compact (not much place for luggage) but the lovely big window right next to the bed makes it feel much bigger. The hotel and the room were spotlessly clean. Aircon and heating effective. Simple check-in and then you dont really engage with anyone. Range of restaurants and convenience stores in close proximity. Starbucks around the corner across the road from the metro. All very easy.

Bathroom is somewhat dated but perfectly functional. No other facilities in the hotel (besides vending machine).

The hotel was very nice. The room was big and had a kitchen and washing machine, which was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Not so much didn't like but more of a note to be aware of... 1. There is no automatic daily cleaning service (as is usual). But a limited service (towel changing & empty bins). Not an issue for us. 2. Breakfast options were the same the three days we were there. 3. Luggage service is cash only. But good service nonetheless.

Excellent location in a lovely (not hectic) part of Tokyo. Rooms were very spacious, clean and had a fantastic view. Loved having a washing machine in the room and free 24 hr tea, coffee and toiletries at reception. Close to cafe’s, shops and transport. Stayed at a Tokyu Stay Hotel in Kyoto and was equally impressed. Highly recommend this hotel.

Reception on 14th floor was a little strange but not too bothersome.

Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly. Food was good. Rooms were practical.

WiFi signal dropped one evening and was at times difficult to connect to. Staff at reception asked whether room cleaning was required but this was an unnecessary question as the room door signs were self explanatory. Instead staff at reception should have said if you require room clearing up there is a magnestic door sign on the inside of the room door that needs to be placed on the outside of the room door before 11am for the service to take place. Because of this issue my room was not cleaned on day 1.
