Great location close to Ginza line. (Good line) Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with great shower.

I have a small tattoo on my foot and due to this was not allowed in the spa or pool. I understand why but in this day and age….

The hotel is less than a minute away from the subway station. The subway station itself, Gaiemmae Station, is one stop away from Omotesando and another stop away from Shibuya. Being able to get into the hustle and bustle of Shibuya, Ebisu, Harajuku and so on so quickly was amazing. The hotel is also next to three different convenient stores and plenty of delicious restaurants. I’ve made it a habit to go to the nearby City Bakery for breakfast nearly every day (a few minutes away), and also a nearby Blue Bottoe AOYAMA branch that’s 10 minutes away from me. All in all, I loved nearly everything – but the practical location is worth coming over and over again.

I loved that my room was on the same floor as the entrance, which meant I didn’t have to take an elevator to go to my room. The downside is that you can hear the street’s bustle and cars constantly, which is a bit of a problem at night. I slept every day with ear plugs.

Location, cleanliness, service

The pool mentioned in the booking was only available paying 40 usd per visit which is extortionate. Was not clear that this would be so expensive hence listing should be adjusted accordingly

We were a family of 5- 2 couples and an adult daughter. We had 2 modern double rooms- which were incredibly specious and lovely - there was a couch and a totally separated (by a wall large beautiful bathroom area )and then we had a regular double room (which had a queen) which was also relatively spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The property is small -48 rooms so you will not have room service or access to snacks beyond minibar but the staff is super helpful. There is also a 7-11, family mart, grocery store and other small store with some fresh foods within a block . It is right next to the Ginza line metro and cabs are east to get and pretty reasonable. There is not a ton of shopping or nightlife but it is also not deserted. We enjoyed the property.

We booked the modern superior room and it was amazing as soon as we stepped into the room. Very spacious especially for Japan, and I loved that my partner and I could basically have our own sides of the room & bathroom. The shower was amazing and the toilet was separate which is also appreciated. There was complimentary drinks and a really nice sofa to relax on too. The staff were so helpful and when we shipped our luggage to the hotel from Osaka, they already put them in our room for arrival.

It would’ve been nice to receive a refill on the complimentary water & hot drinks without needing to ask for cleaning e.g. other hotels had hung a bag on our door for some refillables. But it was perfect nonetheless and we really liked everything! Nothing we didn’t like.

Room and room facilities for a superior room were great. Stuff was super nice. Location is excellent right by a metro station with lots of local casual food options in a short walking distance.

1. Superior room has a one small window with zero view facing the a building. Disappointing. 2. No modern USB charging ports and all electric ports are Japanese and not international. Need convertors. 3. The stuff is super nice but could do better with English. Sometime difficult to communicate on basics.

The room was very nice and the extra bed for my son was very comfortable. The beds and bedding were great. The bathroom and bath products and towel service were wonderful. The staff were very helpful and helped us make restaurant reservations several times as well as arranging for a taxi to the airport. The location was also great!

We were told upon arrival that breakfast was included so we went for breakfast twice before realizing that was not true. The breakfast choices were very limited and were not very good for the price. We went elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

it's practically on top of a subway station. the rooms were huge for tokyo. i liked the location a lot. it was quiet, but easy walking distance to shibuya or omotesando. the hotel felt small and private. the bathroom was also huge...literally a room for the bath.

my first stay i must have been under the gym. occasionally there would be a loud noise and the room would shake presumably when someone dropped weights on the floor. the price isn't great, but i think it's reasonable for the size of the room and quality of the hotel.
