Excellent! The hotel is a straight walk out of exit 2a (stairs only, 2b has escalators) of Gaienmae station (Ginza Line). The reception is on the 9th floor (labeled LB in the elevator) and the rooms are from the 10 floor upwards. I didn't know there was a public bath but I couldn't use it during my stay anyway. It's small but serves it purpose! The rooms are very spacious for Japanese hotels and well organized. The toilet and bath were separate making the bathroom more spacious. I had an East facing room right over one of the stadium and it was excellent. I got to see the sunrise in the morning over the city with my cup of tea and even saw a bit of a college baseball game late in the morning. It seems the southwest(?) facing rooms could give you a view of Mt. Fuji! I got a shock passing by a room during cleaning! There are plenty of convenience stores on the way to the hotel and there seems to be a 7/11 in the narrow streets behind the hotel. If you like long walks, you could even take the main road down to Omotesando and further on to Shibuya station. Water was provided in the room but you have to get amenities from the lobby. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. I would be happy to stay in the hotel again and even recommend it to others.

Spacious room by Japanese standards. Clean facilities. The location is very quiet. Nice view of the baseball stadium. Courteous staff.

The pillows were not comfortable. While the location is nice because it's quiet, it's a bit out of the way so if you want quick access to lots of restaurants, shops, etc., you'll need to walk, take a taxi and/or use public transportation.

The location was great! Close to the train station and walkable to Shibuya area. New, modern building. Lobby is located on the 9th floor, with a expansive view looking into the baseball stadium located acriss the street and the city view behind. We stayed 3 nights in a room with a full bed for a couple. Efficient, clean, well designed space that modern abd good value for Tokyo standards. The public bath for each gender was very nice. Vert clean, new and well designed. Staff was helpful and friendly. We did not eat on property so cannot comment on the restaurant. Highly recommebd!

Although a little further out for its location.. We loved it! Set around the Olympic area and directly opposite the Baseball stadium it was a nice walk back from the train station on an evening, really quiet! Harajuku is about a 15 minute walk away. We were lucky enough to be given a room with a view. We don't usually opt for view rooms as we are never in them long enough, but watching the sunrise over Tokyo, with a cuppa in a morning from such a high position, was amazing! In reception there is a stand with literally everything you could need for your stay, so if you forget your toothbrush... They have you covered! The reception team were really friendly and super helpful.. Assisting us with forwarding our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. We wouldn't hesitate in booking again!

Nothing!

Highly recommend this area and this hotel. How fun having a view over the baseball stadium, even when there isn't a game on. Near the 'Tokyo Dome' area, lots of green space and interesting sports sites. Plus the Aoyama and Omotesando neighborhoods , while not crazy frantic busy, are still great areas for food, shopping and architecture outside the normal highly tourist zones. Ginza line station is a few blocks away, and that line has great connections to all other lines, or taxis are plentiful. The Onsen was never very busy, and kept at pleasant temps for both the warm and cool bathing. Hair products provided in room and onsen were very high quality. I flew out of HND - took taxi to Shinegawa for just a few thousand yen, boarded limited express to HND, took only about an hour hotel door to airport lounge. During my time I stayed in Ginza, Shinjuku, and this area, and prefer this one by far.

The restaurant seems to be open only during breakfast hours.

Very friendly and helpful staff. all English speaking. I had a problem with some strange humming coming seemingly from a large machine somewhere in the hotel, that prevented me from sleeping well the first night. They said they would investigate it, and I don't know what they did but for the rest of the stay the noise was gone! Amazing professional service, very much appreciated. The room was small but not cramped with a nice, firm bed, clean sheets, a clean bathroom with high-tech washlet :) And a small refrigerator in the room, which was essential for me. Location was also perfect! In a quiet, spacious area of Tokyo, next to the stadium that you can take a nice morning walk around. And close to the metro system, and walking distance from at least 2convenience stores. Next time I will definitely book again in this area of Tokyo.

As with all hotels in Japan (from my experience), the breakfast options are somewhat lacking, in my opinion. For what you pay it's not worth it to have breakfast in the hotel, you're better off finding a nearby kissaten or something like that.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Having access to a public bath was nice, even though I didn't use it. I also loved that the hotel was located so close to the baseball stadium. I happened to stay there on an evening when there was a game and I was able to get a ticket last-minute.

While it wasn't an issue for me, there was some noise from the stadium in the morning. I could see if someone was trying to sleep in they might have found it annoying.

- Good breakfast - Modern and well equiped rooms - Great view and green neighbourhood - A lot of small descriptive labels on stuff to make it easy for guest to use them - A grocery store and fafe downstairs (independent) - Near walking distance of some attractions - coin-based washing machines

- not a social hotel - smoking area is in room without window and the street area near the hotel are no-smoke zones.
