1. The price. I’ve been monitoring Tokyo hotels for months before I booked this place and it turns out to be a very good deal. 2. Our room wasn’t exactly spacious but I think is definitely better than most other Tokyo hotels. At least we’re still able to put our luggages on the floor. 3. Free breakfast! We didn’t include breakfast in pur booking but apparently they gave free breakfast buffet to foreigners to celebrate ‘cultural exhange’. 4. Everything else were also great, e.g. affordable laundry service.

Distance to nearest Metro station is 9-10 mins walking, which I think is quite far. If the stations are just around the corner it would be perfect. Still 10 marks from me tho.

Staff were really helpful both before and during our stay. The standard rooms were very cramped so we were glad we’d got a larger twin. The bathrooms are very small but the shower worked well. Location was central enough and close to trains to get around but quiet enough to sleep well. We didn’t expect the complimentary breakfasts and they were great - set us up for the day. There’s a 7-11 nearby for snacks and drinks.

Our first room was on the top floor and under the air conditioning unit which vibrated and would’ve been too noisy to sleep but the staff kindly moved us straight away to the second floor and that was very quiet. The heated toilet seat in our room couldn’t be switched off and got a bit hot but everything else was great.

Great value for money Free breakfast that tasted very nice Definitely recommend, two stops away from Shibuya, one train away from Haneda airport.

The rooms are small but for two male adults (both 6ft+ tall) it wasn’t the worst situation There are no plugs in the room only one and non near the bed. Bring a usb plug, all our devices were usbc and there were only usb socket at the bed

An actual hotel with front desk. More importantly they have rooms to accommodate my family of 4: 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Location of the hotel was great, just a short train ride from places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. This hotel was on a very quiet street which was nice, we heard no traffic or noise from our room. The amentities available were good, there was free bottled water which was handy. The breakfast was great and provided a good mix of Japanese and western style cuisine which was appreciated. Staff were polite and check in was easy, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we arrived early for check in.

The staff was very polite and helpful. We left Japan on New Year day and it was not easy to book a 7-seater taxi to the airport. The staff helped to call several taxi companies but none available. They finally managed to book 2 regular taxis to take us to Haneda airport. We really appreciate the effort. Free Japanese buffet breakfast daily (cultural exchange program) which was exceeded our expectation.

We booked a family room for 4 people. The room has 2 double beds and 1 single bed which can accommodate 5 people. It would be better if the single bed was removed so there would be more space for us.

I found the location within Tokyo to be ideal. Only a few short minutes to the local subway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It hard to beat their breakfast with its multitude of healthy options both Asian and western. As my stay was several days long, I appreciated that many of the items were rotated daily such as the featured side dish's and fish available. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Tokyo.

The room amenities could have been a little nicer. No water bottles in the room. No ice buckets available. We bought white wine to enjoy in the room and found it very difficult to chill down properly.

The hotel is 500 m away from the train station but located in a quiet part of the city. There are actually 2 train stations nearby. Several restaurants are nearby, you just have to cross the main street near the hotel. The front desk staff were all very helpful especially when we requested for extra pillows, borrowed umbrella when it was raining and even assisted us in getting a taxi when it was raining hard. We also liked the tea ceremony held at the hotel lobby. We read in the posters that the hotel features informative programs every now and then about the Japanese culture which for me is a plus in staying at Hotel Asia Center of Asia. Rooms are clean and they even have yukatas for the guests to wear in the room! The breakfast spread is very good, it had a lot of variety. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in the hotel, definitely worth staying at again!

Free breakfast was lovely! It was great to have a fridge in the room even though the room is small. Double bed definitely big enough for two. Location was brilliant; two metro stations 10 mins away with good lines.

Had to put clothes back in the dryer as they were still wet, otherwise no complaints. There is not much space but this should not come as a surprise! We had enough room to lay our two 55l backpacks in the room 'hallway' but it would be a squeeze with large suitcases.

The location is good , close to two subway stations, and walking distance to Roppongi. The staff is very friendly and professional. They all speak fluent English. They even helped us to confirm our reservation at a hot spring in Hakone. The breakfast has both western and Japanese items, buffet style. Good quality. The room and facilities are very clean. They clean the trim everyday unless told otherwise. Would recommend and come back again.

The room is a little small, even in Japanese standards. It is Ok if you’re sightseeing most of the day and come back to sleep.
