The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Kanda station and it is very close to Akihabara. There are many restaurants and shops around. The bathroom has a deep tub and I was given a skin care kit. There are various ammenities available and there are Japanese manga volumes for you to borrow. There are free hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) in the lobby that you can take to your room.

The room is a bit small, so if you have a large suitcase, it might be difficult to open it up.

For Japanise standards it was a good hotel. Small room, but it's normal here. It was clean and comfortable. Many restaurants in Kanda neighborhood.

The location was the best part of this hotel, right next to Kanda station, 1 stop away from Tokyo Station and they also do the delivery service for your luggage to be sent to the next location for you. They had complimentary tea/coffee downstairs, all toiletries and anything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful we enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and will come back!

The room being too small was a downfall of this hotel, we could only open 1 bag at a time at the entrance of the room as there was literally no space for anything. we still managed though as we tidied as we went on throughout the day and kept our belongings in bags for easy organising.

Very close to the Yamonote line; JR Kanda station, (not even a 5 min walk) which is only a stop away from Tokyo station which made catching the Shinkansen easy or catching a train into other parts of Tokyo very easy. Staff are friendly and professional, there is coin laundry wash and dry services, 24 hour service at desk and a hot/cold drink dispenser at the front for all customers. The neighbourhood is good, not too busy and few convenient stores close by.

Rooms are small in size but standard for Tokyo. The bathroom is small but functional. Rooms did get a bit warm as were not able to put cooling on; only fan heating options. It wasn't a big problem though; I suggest asking the staff if it's a problem. We didn't bother too much.

Location was excellent. It was 5 min walk from JR Kanda station. From there, was able to get to Shinjuku very fast! Neighborhood was quiet! Service was great. The staff were helpful! They brought the luggage I sent to them to my room! Thought that was really nice of them. They had a coin laundry room, which is connected to a website so you can tell when they are vacant and in use!

Room is a little on the smaller side with luggage, but that might be the standard for hotels in Japan, I find this to be on my stay. I had a big suitcase, medium suitcase and a small one with a backpack, so it definitely felt small!

Location: excellent, few minutes walking distance to Kanda station Room: extremely functional. Great soundproofing, can’t hear any noise outside of the hotel if the window is kept shut. Leaving the window open gets air in but you can hear the train and the occasional chatter of people. The top of the bed frame is a trough area to hold cups, chargers, any other small items. There are two power sockets at the top making it perfect for overnight device charging. There are also two sockets directly on the tabletop so it is very convenient for working. Mini fridge was not very cold but I did not need to use it at all. Air dehumidifier provided, room freshness spray also provided, basic toiletries are free for taking at the lobby. Some reviews mentioned shower curtains with odd smell, mine were very well maintained, clean with no stains and no smell Aircon: Temperature was fixed at 22 degrees and could not be adjusted during winter till early April when the weather got warmer to 15-20 degrees. I prefer my room colder than 22 for sleeping but it was still comfortable for me. Space: enough space to open 1 large luggage and 2 small luggages, with half the luggages leaning against the wall; I find that quite generous with a regular room in central location. There will be no space to walk but there isn’t much walking in the room unless you’re headed to the toilet. I placed a small luggage in the corner between the bed and the desk, and 1 small and large in the corridor. I can leave the large luggage open at all times and still open the room door and toilet door etc. Service: Staff were extremely helpful, most have basic English capabilities. Luggage can be kept with hotel reception after check out so you can enjoy your day out. Free machine hot drinks (coffee, chocolate) and ice cubes provided at the lobby.

Wifi was slow at certain times of the day when on laptop, but it worked perfectly well on the phone. The laundry room is very dusty. The machines take coins (300-600 yen depending on volume and cycle) worked well but the load is much smaller than the ones I am used to.

We had 3 folding bikes and luggages stored at the hotel due to arrival. When My husband, me and one friend check in, we are quite surprised that our bikes and luggage are already correctly placed in our rooms. I should say our bikes are quite heavy, and normally, in other hotel, we have to carry our luggage ourselves to our room. Really must give the hotel and staff a loud applause👏. The friendly staff, cleanliness, location, everything is to our expectation and satisfaction. Keep it up! Will definately book the hotel again when we are back in Tokyo.
