the room was a nice size: compact but i didn't need it to be any bigger, with a great bathroom and excellent air conditioning, which was vital during my stay. the hotel is just a few blocks from a very useful subway station, making it easy both to get around the city and to get out of the city on daytrips. it was also surprisingly quiet on the 9th floor the whole time i was there.

i was never able to get to the laundry facilities when they weren't in use, but i didn't make every effort. the bed was a bit hard compared to what i'm used to, but this is a very trivial complaint. there's no safe in the room, but again this is minor.

Although room is small, the furniture is very well placed so I did not feel like in a small space. The bed is perfect, big, soft. working table was good. Also, the sheets and covers were clean and very nice. Pijamas that u get from the hotel is also nice and cosy! The toilet was clean and enough big. The hotel is very well situated near Kanda station, so I didn't have any problems reaching my destinations. The air conditioner (cold/warm) was perfect, WiFi and internet were stable all the time.

So basically everything was ok only some minor points I did not like. The window in the room was not fitting very well, maybe u will feel breeze/draft and it could be a bit could if outside is a low temperature and u are working. Nothing special. For small room the natural air conditioning is good. It would be nice if you could put name and ingredients of the dish for the breakfast. The breakfast/buffet was tasty but I didn't know what is inside. This would be useful especially for the people with allergies or dietary restrictions.

Easy self serve check-in and out. Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, everything was spotless. They had a policy to clean every room at least once every 3 days even if the housekeeping tag isn't put out, and they'll post you reminders if your room is due for a clean. Bidet in the bathroom was a whole experience and has a lot of extra bells and whistles compared to the standard ones in other places in Japan. Location great- a few minutes walk to Kanda Station which is one stop away from main Tokyo Station, large variety of cheap and good restaurants nearby. Wonderful breakfast buffet that you can pay 1100 yen if it wasn't included in your booking- the negative reviews for the breakfast are probably coming from westerners expecting american style breakfasts but they offer japanese items like fish, seaweed, miso soup, pickled vegetable, milk pudding, as well as salad, egg, bread/croissant, and freshly brewed coffee, tea, juices. Self serve free amenities in the lobby including basic toiletries plus some nice bonuses like extra memory foam pillows, bath crystals, cleansing face masks, hair irons. Indoor smoking room with good ventilation machine on 1st floor.

View was nonexistent, window facing another building wall, but not a big deal. Not necessarily part of our booking itself but while hotel breakfast buffet is good, the hotel's Italian restaurant was surprisingly very bad when we tried out a few appetizers from the menu one night.

The location is near the main Tokyo station, and Kanda station who has JR lines. Around Kanda station there are a lot of restaurants, most open at 5 or 6 p.m., so you can have a great experience eating in a local restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. Any additional things you need for the bathroom you can get from the lobby. In the elevator there are signs in english where can you find additional things like laundry room, microwave, vending machine, etc. All staff know english and they are very nice, so if you have any problem they will help you.

Compact and comfortable with good facilities. The location was only a short walk from the station which is one stop south of Akihabara and the cross city rail hub to Shinjuku, and a comfortable walk to the Imperial Palace (and Museum of Modern Art) locally. The surrounding suburb has a plethora of great cheap local eating, but be prepared to do your own translating (Google lens will help) as it's not a major tourist hub, though the locals are exceedingly sympathetic to mutual language limitations, and the effort to "go local" is rewarded abundantly. A business hotel that was more than adequate as a place to relax in privacy after a day of enjoying Tokyo.

The air-conditioning was a bit warm for my tastes, but easily fixed by leaving it off, or even opening the window although the local air quality is what you'd expect in a very major city.

The room was very small but extremely well laid out so it never felt cramped even with two people plus large suitcases. Everything was very clean and the staff were lovely. Only a 15 min walk to Tokyo station and just outside a large business district, so there are plenty of cheap and delicious food outlets within the block where the commuters come to take lunch/dinner. Very few tourists but we felt very welcome wherever we went.

The breakfast was a little cramped and didn't offer much choice of food - however, it is optional and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby if you fancy something less traditional.

the location is really good. being only a few minutes walk from Kanda station which is only 1 stop from Tokyo Station, Akihabara station and a couple from Ueno. it’s really easy to get around from this location. though, if you plan to spend a lot of time in/around Shinjuku or Shibuya then it is about a 30 minute train ride from both. I also liked the facilities. the coin laundry, vending machine, microwaves and ice machine all came in handy. they’re also generous with their complimentary items, even offering face masks, hair ties, face cleanser, cotton buds and multiple options for teas and coffee etc.

the room lacked ventilation, as I was staying for a couple of weeks this became a bit suffocating at times. when I desperately wanted some fresh air in the room it was a bit frustrating that i couldn’t even crack the window open a bit. at times my room was also hot. the aircon seemed to work only at the start of my trip, by the middle I found both the heating and cooling aspect was no longer doing anything.

The hotel is located centrally, near JR Kanda and Otemachi stations, so it is accessible to a lot of Tokyo destinations. There are also a lot of restaurants and convenience stores within 5-minute walk from the hotel. The facilities were as described, everything was clean and exceptional. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Lastly, the staff were warm, polite and just overall wonderful! We had a very nice stay and would love to stay again in future visits to Tokyo.

Nothing at all.

The property was very clean and they have an amenity bar before going up to the room which is great because not always do we need al the stuff they have so the bathroom stayed neat. They have a variety of helpful options like a laundry machines, ice machine and vending machine for drinks. The room has been cleaned perfectly every day which has been very pleasant.

It’s a few minutes walk from the station if it wasn’t for the big luggage we hebben walked around with it wouldn’t have bothered us much.

cozy stay and nice vibe.

we had problems with our laundry. When we came to pick up our laundry at our laundry room, it wasn’t there. if there wasn’t anyone to see that it had been taken, I wouldn’t have known where it was. no note. they had my laundry in the lobby but it didn’t smell clean and wasn’t dry (like I paid for). the receptionist couldn’t answer us in English why they had taken our clothes. I do not like or want others to touch my clothes without permission. our bathtub wasn’t clean either.
