-I loved that there is security everywhere it’s a safe environment. -The way we were welcomed by prudence, she really made us feel home away from home and kept checking on us for all the days we were there. -I loved the fact that it’s quite big it doesn’t get crowded -The details that were taken in designing each part and all color combination ,the white buildings,the tall palm trees running from the property down to the beach that have the most calming sound plus the ocean waves sounds. -The pool we named it (pool with an island)

Great location on the sea Layout of hotel was beautiful Lawns, walkways, pools were perfectly designed Pool basketball game with 40 fellow guests on Sun 14th Oct was 2hrs of amazing fun. The staff create a wonderful playful atmosphere Food was tasty and well prepared

Hot Food buffet wasn't very expansive but it was enough

Nice Pool, Ocean view room was perfect, nice lodge. Beach was directly behind the lodge and very easy to reach.

The beach was not a private beach. Many people want to sell their stuff ... Beach was not clean, also the ocean.

Nice personnel and friendly service. The pool has a maximum depth of 165cm which was nice because I could stand everywhere. Because of the warm and humid climate the pool is essential for cooling off. Availability of various beverages was very good and quality and quantity of food also.

It is almost not fair to mention and not meant as a disapproval, but... Before we booked we asked if bacon and cheese is available at breakfast. The answer was "yes", but it turned out to be the surrogate called "macon". Cheese is available. The choice of bread is white and light brown sliced. There is no real brown multi-grain bread. I am glad to report that real butter is served. The only way to get to the pool and back to the room is by stairs. Difficult for people with a crutch or walking stick and impossible for somebody in need of a wheelchair.

Good drinks and food for all inclusive. +Afternoon tea is served around 4-5pm. Lunch and tea moves location sometimes which keeps things interesting. Plenty of sunbeds of any type, also free, just pick the one you like. Beach towels are distributed by the pool. The beach is public but it was empty. Only several sellers of souvenirs, but if you’re quite direct with them that you’re not interested, they won’t approach you anymore. The ocean is nice and warm, sometimes a lot of algae but it’s bearable. The fresh breeze from the sea is amazing. So I would recommend the sunbeds that face the sea. I checked out at 10am, but my flight was only in the evening, so they allowed me to still use the pool and sunbeds+towels free of charge which was super nice of them!

The room needs renovation, but not a big deal. The hot water in the shower needs to be waited for for 5-8 min or so, but it’s also ok.

Hotel beautifully located in palm park that gives you enough shade when you need it. Great pool, beautiful beach with gentle descent to the beach. Because of tides, if you want to swim choose the right time. When the water is low, it reaches your buttom (but this is great for younger kind in the other hand). No shoes are needed unless you plan to walk over the reef. Food is excellent! Variety of international cousine but also african corner. No mosquitos, some little monkeys instead ;) Rooms are good enough, air conditioning is working well. Some were complaining that those need renovation - well, if you are clingy you may be right. I didn’t come to sit at the room :) But, what makes this hotel unique is THE STUFF. They are so kind and helpful that as a genuine Pole sometimes i didn’t know how to react xD And last but not least - animation team: salsa lessons, quiz games, african evening - everything was done professionally and with devotion. When there was only one lady in the pool for aqua him, 3 team members jumped into the pool for her not to feel alone!!! 👏👏👏

I’ve ordered lunch boxes for safari trip, unfortunately they were not prepared :( Some beach boys (although there is not many of them) were annoying Although i’ve ordered Premium room (more spacious) i was given a standard one. But because of the view and grand flour location we decided to not complain.

The facility is very clean with super friendly staff. The food was amazing, we loved mahamri and nyama choma the most. We enjoyed aqua Zumba a lot! Big up to their gymnasts and instructors at the poolside who made swimming more fun with the different pool activities. They take very good care of the kids as they swim too. We will definitely be back soon.

Kindly improve on the all inclusive drinks menu selection especially cocktails. Add some ice cream for the kids too.

The pool was amazing

The only little thing I didn’t like was the some of the staff was inappropriate with asking me that I have to pay everytime I enquired about something since I only had bed and breakfast which I already know and it’s very unprofessional to talk about money to guests like there’s a reason why they are there cuz they have money to spend. I just thought it was bit insensitive and careless but it wasn’t all the staff that was like this only 2/3. Also didn’t like that when I first came to the hotel and wanted make a reservation that the lady in reception told me there’s no space it was after I told her that there is spaces available as I can see on bookin.com that she found me a room.

The staff are genuinely happy to be there and to see u anytime of the day. The pool is huge :) The room turnover was regular with additional water bottles when requested. The best part was the entertainment team, they made sure everybody was involved in water and beach sports at all times, all of them were great. Every night there was an event u won't need to leave the hotel. Good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The al a carte restaurant makes the best seafood with the biggest shrimps and lobesters. Sunset Tea time by the pool was the highlight of the day, water polo and beach volleyball everyday, morning water aerobics and stretches, you would be surprised u will enjoy them. The hotel is always hosting conferences so a variety of people keep coming through. The billiard bar at the top of the cliff had a fantastic view and atmosphere don't forget to visit it. The lay out of the hotel going uphill giving u a wide view of the ocean till the horizon. The ladies on the beach at the hotel exit braid hair like no others. Better than a five star hotel.

The beach was a short stretch and the water and shore had too much seaweed for an ocean swim. The pillows are a little uncomfortable.

It was just amazing. We stayed 12 days in this beautiful hotell and we loved every second of it. Food was delicious and finger licking.10/10 Staff was very proffesional. 10/10 Room service 10/10 The whole hotell was so clean 10/10 The pool is so big and clean 10/10 Everything was perfect. I woud like to say everyone of you thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable. Our kids loved it and For sure we will come back. I recommend 100% other travelers to Flamingo hotel.
