Very appealing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is excellent. We also liked the selection of drinks. The food, breakfast and dinner were excellent, both in terms of preparation and taste. At the moment, the choice of food is still a bit poor, as the hotel has only recently opened. The manager checked on us daily to see how we were doing and how satisfied we were, informing us that the menu will be relaunched from next week and there will be a wider choice of food. In the small garden you can sit very comfortably in the evening and enjoy a good selection of drinks. In summary, we can only report absolutely positive things about the PrideInn Westlands Boutique and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Nairobi.

Great hotel and staff . This was my second visit, this time with a friend. The hotel waived the early check in charge. There was a problem with air conditioning and it took them a while to sort it out, but they did The most impressive part was the staff’s concern about our safety. We had booked a 6 day safari and the driver came to pick us up. We had told the reception staff that we were expecting to be picked up. The safari guide had my name on the booking while the room was in my friend’s name - this seemed a discrepancy to the hotel staff. They then went to great lengths to confirm with the safari agency to confirm that the driver was genuine and only then released our luggage. They didn’t want us to leave with someone dodgy. We thought that was a really considerate gesture The restaurant and it’s good/ drinks range was good as it had been previously

The hotel is still very new so everything is in top condition - I was also really encouraged to see how the maintenance team was touching up the paintwork - it bodes well for the future! All my interactions with staff were extremely positive. Breakfast was included in my deal. In practice it is an a la carte breakfast that you could order in advance. My breakfast was outstanding! The hotel has a lovely outdoor terrace facing the street but fairly well shielded which was a wonderful place to work and dine. The rooms had every kind of thing you could want for and a fantastic shower, good quality bed and bedding. The internet access was also very good

The room had a bit of a stuffy smell upon entering - I think airing rooms frequently would solve that but the stuffiness disappears quickly once the aircons is switched on upon entering room. One also has the option of opening two large windows which I thought was really nice!! I also thought the food in the restaurant was slightly on the expensive side but the quality was excellent.

Very clean, felt like a new hotel. The team that welcomed me were very friendly and helpful. Security lady, the porter, and the lady who checked me in was like a breath of fresh air. Really friendly, helpful, and funny. The water pressure is great, firstvdecent shower after 2 weeks in Kenya. Secure, didn't feel like staff were hustling for money like in other places. Free room service is a nice touch especially as a solo traveller.

Nothing really,. A very minor point the menu trys a bit too hard to be special, would be nice to have some more basics on there.

The property is in a nice seeming neighbourhood, although I didn’t explore the area much. The hotel had agreed for an early check in. There is usually a charge for this but it was waived as it was only a couple of hours earlier The staff were very pleasant , especially within the restaurant . The food and drinks were good (they have a reasonable menu, although they didn’t have everything available due to supply problems) The room and facilities in the room were really nice, comfortable.

The hotel is nice with a modern bathroom and bedroom. It has a good restaurant with continental and typical dishes. It is close to Sarit and Westgate shopping malls and several restaurants.

The hotel does not have a lift. It was not an issue for me, but in case of limited mobility, it can be.

Great staff, great location, spacious and very clean rooms, very super fast WiFi which is very rare to meet in East Africa, wide tv channels selection.

There is no lift, so I had to use the stairs, luckily I was on first floor . No spa or pool or even a gym. Very poor and basic breakfast, it doesn’t worth the money paid for. They have NO Jam and NO cheese. Only few low quality pastries.

The room was nice and comfortable with a good work desk and an AC. The staff were super nice and helpful. I liked the bed and the pillows.

Lack of gym facilities. Menu breakfast - I much prefer buffet style, quick and easy. Service at the restaurant although super polite and attentive, tends to linger. (maybe more to do with kitchen)

I enjoyed the location, right in the heart of Westlands. If you like to walk, Westgate and Sarit Centre are about a 12 minute walk away. The staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating. The shower pressure was the best I have had in any hotel in Nairobi! I especially love the outdoor eating area where they have created a beautiful, serene garden setting! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Clean big room , the hotel is near to city center. Very polite cooperative staff.

1) In bathroom the water is collecting in the floor . 2) for early checkin about 3 -4 hrs, it charges half of reserved fee for one night inspite there are many rooms no needed. 3) for extra water it also chargable, but its not possible for 4 star hotel. 4) breakfast is not buffet only menue, but its not bad.
