The staff went above and beyond. Our room was giant and very comfortable. Nice pool area, gardens and lounge.

This hotel needs to have the big 5 gallon water dispenser in lobby for guests. They need to reduce single use plastic! Raise rooms rates a few shillings to pay for it. Also, we had to pay 700 shillings for a cup of tea at the cafe. It was more than a beer! We thought it was a mistake but that’s what they charge which is ridiculous.

Great facilities, not much things around so need to use a cab for going anywhere.

The reception was not helpful and the worse is they aren’t accepting that they can make errors . I asked for a late check out and I understood it was complimentary and this for having as a customer in the near future. After speaking to her colleague today. I was told I will be charge 50% rate for checking out at 6pm and cannot admit any wrongdoing at their end. I thought treating clients is key, especially when there is no downside as the hotel is empty but this is definitely not how it feels in this hotel from a few members of the staff.

I really like the fact that the hotel had a clinic downstairs. My wife was feeling sick and there was a trained staff person who gave us the right medication for her symptoms. I also enjoyed how the staff were so accommodating to all my requests, the room decor with the flowers was amazing and my wife cried tears of joy. The room was also comfortable and very spacious and the food at the restaurants was so delicious. On our last day I went for a massage and it was so good. Can’t say enough about boma and can’t wait to be back.

The facilities and areas that are available to use are great, there is a lot on offer if you just wanna stay at the hotel for the day. All in all I had a great time staying there and using everything on offer

The building is a little outdated and the place could do with some TLC. I saw them painting while there so hopefully it’s getting some attention and will look a bit more like a 5* hotel should. The spa areas, sauna and steam where a bit grubby and while I was there the sauna broke in the ladies area. That was another thing, I didn’t realise that the spa areas for both men and women were separated, I went there with my partner and I was a bit disappointed that we could sauna and steam together

Large room, helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant, the breakfast room and terrace, cafe were all nicely located. Rear garden was well maintained.

Swimming pool hours were too restricted. No chance of an early morning swim since it would not open without a lifeguard on duty and that was no earlier than 10:00am. No fresh towels available one one day until about 3:00pm. Apparently they had not been delivered and the Hotel had to courier out, and the pick them up. The Hotel had no idea how to make a good Cappuccino or Flat White.

This is a high quality hotel that is well maintained and very comfortable. You have every amenity. The staff are well trained and very friendly. The layout of the hotel is spacious. The rooms are very comfortable and well put together. The pool area though not large is very nice as well. The cafe lounge area was nice for meeting guests.

The shower felt cramped being behind the door. Also would like to have a standard shower head. Also the shower leaked a lot on the floor.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, The facilities were good, although the hotel is older, the rooms were spacious with modern finishes. The 1st room I got was quiet and housekeeping really respect your time and privacy. the 2nd room was not up to standard, when I brought it up with the manager, I was moved to deluxe room at no extra charge. The staff responded timeously which I appreciated.

it would seem that the breakfast in the hotel finishes very quickly especially if you decide to have a later breakfast, perhaps consider replenishing the food, juices and water for guests who come later. The room service food was average, little to no seasoning.

The property is located quite close to the Airport. very secure. The Resturant is open till quite late and there is 24 hour service from the Resturant. The rooms are spacious and to modern standards.

The administration is quite slow. There are many staff at the reception but not trained to check in and out! This should be automated to a large extent. When we checked out our last breakfast was missed out in error. Instead of reaching out to us to pay, they charged the waiter, which was quite harsh considering that the breakfast is so expensive according to Kenya standards.

It's a great hotel and the location for me is perfect

I've stayed at the hotel many times and would have thought that asking to stay in my room until 3pm would have been acceptable. I was catching the late evening BA flight back to Heathrow. They wanted to charge me $75 so I moved out of my room and spent the time in the hotel lounges. Shame but there we are!!

I loved the executive rooms , they are equipped with everything that one can possibly need , the staff was amazing helpful and really customer focused . They accommodated our needs which were outside our booking and they were so flexible . What I also loved the most is the fact that the property is used to generate funds to give back to the less fortunate that resonated with my heart . Loved their spa best massage I have ever had .
