The reception was so great the rooms were very clean comfortable bed, washrooms were very clean, aircon in good working condition the swimming pool is awesome with no noise, the breakfast one of its kind. Good thing is that the location is strategic ,near Wilson Airport and JKIA very accessibly roads .My experience there was amazing. My wife liked the place .We will be visiting there again and again and again. Regards Noel Chirunga

The parking is small but that is not a big issue. Is the hotel having cab facility like for pickups and drop-off. Its also good to know. For easy and safe travels.

Great internet WIFI speed. comfy, neat and clean rooms. Terrace restaurant and gym view.

Location is bit away in an isolated area. TV setup channel DISHTV never worked. Always had issues.

The checkin was easy and the hotel is nice and inviting all the way from the street to the room. The restaurant on top of the roof has a beautiful view, and the food is good -- though a little costly. The pool on the rooftop is fine but a bit chilly and fairly small. The neighbourhood is safe and quite; the rooms are facing a closed residential area, so the hotelroom is quite.

Although the roof restaurant has an outdoor serving area, shielded by roofs and building, it was very annoying that some guests smoked at the tables. We had to take our meals inside to avoid the smoke.

Clean and decent wifi

Breakfast was horrible - no fresh at all.

The hotel has very central location, it was close to everywhere we needed to go, shopinh, dinner... The staff went way out of their way to make our stay comfortable. On our first day there, we overslept, but the staff nade sure to call our to let us know to go get breakfast before the serving time was over. Which we appreciated a lot, as we'd not eaten the night before. Breakfast optipns are quite varied and they even had vegetarian options. We enjoyed our stay so much , we extended by two days.

Parking is very limited.

The staff (reception, tourism desk, bar, breakfast, cleaning) makes the hotel better than actually is. Breakfast with many fresh fruit and options. Location close to the airport. Clean enough. WiFi at reception good for getting an uber.

First night the shower water was tepid, which is OK but not great. Second night hot water was back...I think this was due to the fact the hotel was sold out and they may use solar system. Shower room was leaking water to the bathroom floor which was annoying. Location can be seen as good as its close to the airport but is also a bit isolated not an area to walk around. No WiFi connection on my room at third floor. But good connection on the other room we had on the first floor and at reception and bar area. We reported the issues to reception and they offered to change our room without hesitation but we didn't see ad necessary as it was only a couple of nights stay.

Clean rooms. Good room service. Friendly Hotel employees especially at reception and restaurant. Good breakfast Good food in the restaurant( especially Indian food) Exceptionally good WIFI strength. Have improved a lot in WIFI.

TV function could be made better. They have provided smart TV and this function cannot be used to watch smart TV options like YouTube etc on TV

The breakfast buffet was superb, to say the least. There was a wide variety of dishes, and had no limits. I am particularly fond of meat, and they had diverse options.

I cannot complain about anything as the place had excellent value for money. It was worthwhile to book via booking.com, as I saved more than 30% of the total costs. Walk-in customers are usually charged higher.

Very comfortable and modern hotel, in a convenient location for airport access. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel room had everything it needed, including a really good shower!

The room was very small. The rooms aren't soundproof from the hallways, which were very loud with people talking and doors slamming all throughout the night. Recommend the hotel invests in ways to stop doors slamming or better soundproofing of doors.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, everything worked in the room. The place was very close to where I needed to be and the hotel assisted me with airport transfers and commuting everyday.

Just one evening (out of 6 days) where the WiFi did not work.
