The best place we stayed in Kenya. Very spacious, clean and quiet room with air conditioning. The best thing was the bed - very large and very comfortable. The perfect place to relax. Breakfast is good and plentiful, served in the form of a buffet (fruit, cereals, croissants, toast, porridge, pancakes, potatoes, beans, vegetables, sausages or fish fingers or chicken, eggs, juices, tea, coffee). There is a restaurant in the hotel. You can order meal to your room or eat in the restaurant. We took advantage and ordered dinner to the room. The meal was quite good. Very decent and fast hotel service. We used the washing and ironing services and were satisfied. Good price and good job. We used the free underground parking lot. Nice view from the roof. We felt good and safe in this hotel. We highly recommend it.

The rooms were perfect, clean and well maintained. A lovely stay with great value for money on a night rate. Don't be mislead by the outside or the building as the inside is amazing.

The kitchen staff were very disappointing. It took them 15 mins to acknowledge my presence in the restaurant, after which it took them another 20 mins to get my order. Very disappointed.

I particularly liked the room I stayed in. It was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The shower was great too, in fact better than most hotels of the same class I've stayed in in Nairobi. The location is also quiet and one can enjoy a good night sleep. Oh, not to mention that the bed was very comfortable and spacious.

A little bit difficult to access but you can always find your way if you use a taxi. We had breakfast but the restaurant was heavily congested with guests who appeared to have come in from outside. The staff tried their best to serve but they were seemingly very overwhelmed. It took time to get served.

We were really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked it for 2 night one before and after the safari and it exceeded our expectations. Room were clean, beds comfortable. Great customer service, they let us leave our big bags there for 4 days and complimentary check in early/check out late. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and it was convenient to have as we didn’t want to go to the center every time to eat. We loved the breakfast!! Walking distance ATMs/bank. No complaints whatsoever.

The hotel from inside is very decent, rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. There's a restaurant downstairs and they have laundry service.

The area looked very unsafe, but I was taking Uber and picked up by safari so it was all good. I wouldn't recommend walking or using public transport here. There were many people in the lobby and restaurants making noise but all okay.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room, with nice view of Nairobi (from 5th floor). Nice to find a good gym on top floor. Good meal options and wifi, Netflix available. Very chilled experience of busy Nairobi! Would recommend!

Some rooms look into noisy road and the windows don’t block it all out, but it’s not that bad - just something to be aware of if you’re very sensitive to noise at night.

Comfortable beds. Quiet hotel - like no noise at all. Staff were very kind. Allowed us an early check-in (without prior notice) & late check-out. Safely stored our bags after checkout whilst we went about town, until we were ready to collect and go to the airport. Felt very safe travelling as mother & daughter. Close to town & airport. Easily accessible by Uber. Gets a definite recommendation from me!

Razana was perfect because it was near Wilson airport and we were flying to Masai Mara early the following morning. They also allowed us to keep our luggage there until our return 3 days later which was good. They ordered Uber for us as well. The food was good in the restaurant.

Razana Hotel is a true hidden gem. If you are looking for a comfortable night's rest near Wilson Airport with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast, Razana will be hard to beat. Ahmed was particularly helpful upon arrival and departure. The morning breakfast buffet had a wonderful array of items from baked beans, stewed chicken, beef sausage, crepes, and eggs along with tea, coffee, or tropical juice. Bed was really comfortable along with the soft pillows.

I wish that the restaurant was open late, especially for international guests on late night arrival flights. I also came as a family of four and had to obtain two rooms that adjoin rather than one large suite with a queen and full size beds or equivalent.

Very convenient hotel located in between the CBD and the railway terminal/airport. Spacious room/bathroom with small sofa and table. Clean. Mosquito protection. Very polite staff ready to help with various requests.

A bit dated and the mosquito protection is not perfect.
