My recent 4-night stay at the Royal Phoenicia Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the lobby until the day we checked out, we experienced a level of hospitality that left us feeling pampered and content. A key figure in making our stay truly memorable was Ibrahim, the receptionist at the hotel. Upon arrival, Ibrahim warmly greeted us with a genuine smile, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. He was extremely welcoming and displayed a high level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease. He efficiently handled our check-in process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience after a long day of travel. Throughout our stay, Ibrahim continued to impress us with his attentiveness and dedication to making our accommodation exceptional. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, providing us with valuable information about the local area, including great restaurant recommendations and nearby attractions. It was evident that he was not merely doing his job but genuinely cared about ensuring that we had a memorable stay. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, Ibrahim was always readily available at the reception desk. His knowledge of the hotel's amenities and services was extensive, and he spared no effort in ensuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the hotel. From arranging transportation to helping us with reservations, Ibrahim's friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel like valued guests. The Royal Phoenicia Hotel itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay, contributing to the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive.

The only downside of my stay was the noisy music at night, which proved to be quite bothersome.

The hotel is excellent value for money. It is very lively and the staff are super friendly, especially the gentlemen on reception (I can't remember their names but the Moroccan gentlemen was exceptionally helpful and friendly). I was upgraded to a suite which was spotlessly clean, very spacious and I appreciated the separate lounge/sleeping area. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Bahrain as it is excellent value. unfortunately, it was a little chilly so i was unable to enjoy the pool but the gym and spa facilities were top notch.

Very Warm Welcome & Room Arrangements by Front Desk lady Ms. Bushra. Very Nice and Big-Cozy Room with Fridge, TV and a Hall with Sofas. A good small but clean Swimming Pool for kids n family.

Limited and Conservative Drinking Mineral Water and Charges very high. No Break-fast was included in my stay span.

In the city centre, good location. We were given a very nice room. The Filipina lady receptionist was excellent.

The bellhop or porter did not help us at all with our luggage despite them being free. He somehow just look at us and didn’t even give us the direction where to go. Terrible staff.

Hospitality was very good . On my first and second visit I met with Mr.Ibrahim / Mr Suleman at the front desk.. was a very good person. Really I would like to appreciate them .. Regard, Mohsin Ali.

Nice location, clean rooms, good internet, cold Ac, car parking.

The room was very good and service of the staff was perfect especially Mr. Suleiman helped us the very well.

The food was very limited and not at all recommended.

overall it was good. evening i had an issue with the staff as she had made some noise about my friend coming to my room. Morning the reception staff Sindhu was really nice and cooperative
