I had a lovely stay at the Radisson Guayaquil! The staff is very attentive and helped me organize errands I had to run in the city, booking a cab driver and giving me great recommendations. The breakfast is delicious and the room very clean and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to hotel to a friend !

The only thing I missed were water fountains to fill up reusable water bottles. The hotel provides two 500 ml water bottles in each room but they are made out of single use plastic. At breakfast, I had to ask for water as there were only juices available. The friendly staff brought me some without hesitation, anyway I'd have appreciated having potable water more available through the hotel as well as more sustainable options to replace the plastic bottles.

Great business hotel with everything that you need. Good shower pressure, strong WiFi, and great selection at the breakfast buffet. The reception staff was super helpful and gave us a lot of helpful advice.

The gym was rather small considering the size of the hotel. The location wasn't that great. While it was easily accessible by car, I would not necessarily recommend walking to the hotel after sunset, especially if you are a solo female traveler.

Our suite was spacious, modern, clean, great view, huge windows.

The suite we had was located above the restaurant and there was a birthday party going on, therefore we had loud music from 18h00 until 23h00. On there terms, we ordered room service, and the food was delivered with only one set of cutlery and no salt or pepper. We had to call concierge again, and wait before eating our meal which included a soup, which was cold by the time we got a spoon.

Location is near the mall. I stay here every time we come to the city about once a month. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Gym is adequate I can get some miles in , pool is nice and clean . The staff is amazing very courteous and they remember me . I left my scarf there last time and they were very efficient in finding it and returning it to me on this visit

We were glad that we had our last stay in Ecuador at the Radisson Hotel, as we were finally able to enjoy some comfort! - The room had a great view onto the river side of the hotel - The beds were really comfortable - The shower was great, really powerful and with hot water - The blackout blinds with a remote were super convenient - The complimentary water bottles were a great treat

Unfortunately the biggest problem of the room was how INCREDIBLY loud the AC was, it's really unacceptable for a 5 🌟 hotel... We tried to sleep with it on during the 1st night but kept being woken up. Luckily it wasn't too hot to keep it turned off the 2nd night but it was still annoying for the price that you pay. - We only had some desserts downstairs at the restaurant and unfortunately, they were really disappointing 😐

The room was phenomenal. Many places we have staid in Ecuador suffered from too much noise or outside light during the night. Our room at the Radisson was as quiet and dark as we wanted it during the night. The bed was the most comfortable we had during our vacation to Ecuador. The pool and deck facilities behind the hotel were clean and pleasant. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location isn't immediately next to too much, but is a few blocks walk or a short cab away from restaurants, shops, a hospital complex, and two malls.

Staff! Staff! and Staff! They go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable experience. The food is just as great.

The gym is a mediocre. So, if you must exercise daily consider using a gym outside the hotel. There’s a foul odor from the river just behind the hotel, but it didn’t bother me that much.

Very good hotel with excellent buffet breakfast. Very good location, close to San Marino and Policentro Malls. A walk distance from Urdesa neighborhood, with several restaurants and coffee shops. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with many hot food options of both local cuisine and eggs and sausage. They provide paid taxi shuttle service to/from the airport.

Location was not close to any tourist destination, but it was a $3USD cab ride to the coast

This is my home away from Home . We are here at least once a month and it never disappoints . Close to the mall, medical Facilities and house and home stores . The gym is small but decent and does the job for me and so does the pool. The staff all speak amazing English and are very helpful.
