It's located extremely near to the entrance/exit of metro n subway stations, barely 100 meters away. There are plenty of eateries nearby,. The hotel is very clean n it has washing machines n dryers on 4 floors. Convenient for those who wish to travel light, n brought few clothes,

The bed sagged in the middle a bit but I think it's a one-off matter. However it was unfortunate that a group of students were placed in the rooms around me, noisy. Their teacher had advised them to quiet down, but I guess they're excited to be away from family. Otherwise, I'm so happy with this hotel.

The staff was very helpful. They made check-in and check-out very easy. They were kind enough to store our luggage before check in and after check out so we could explore the city, which was very convenient. The location is great! Very central to all the metro stations...it's about a 10 minute walk from Osaka Station. The price was great for us, very economic compared to other places; just don't expect anything fancy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who's looking to travel to Japan on a limited budget. Also, don't forget to try their complimentary mask and olive facial products they have in the lobby; they're so nourishing to ones skin. We loved them!

The staff forgot to empty our trash bin on 2 occasions. It wasn't such a big deal just a small inconvenience. I'm sure if we brought it to the attention of the staff they would've fixed it. But again, it was so minor that we just fixed the issue ourselves.

Great location close to airport link bus and nightlife of the Umeda area. Rooms were a few inches bigger than most in Japan at this price.

Check in starts at 3pm - so we arrive 2:50 and cannot check in! Seriously?! Do they need the extra 10 minutes to clean the rooms? Of course not! But they are happy to leave the guests standing around in the lobby. I live in Thailand so this is quite shameful service.

Location was great! Short walk from Umeda station and tons of stores to eat from in the underground tunnel. Hotel provided facial cleanser, oil, toner and cream which was great. Water dispenser on every floor. Bed was just the right firmness for us.

Weird smell eminating from the toilet, but otherwise clean. Walls were a bit thin, could hear people in the hallway and whispers from the adjacent rooms.

The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The hotel location is near umeda station and a subway line. It's also fairly close to a lot of food places.

The room is small so if you have more than 1 large luggage, it'd be a bit of a tight fit in the room.

It's close to Osaka station and places to eat. The food at Little Monster is good and perfect for breakfast.

Both the room and bathroom are very small and the air conditioning was noisy. The front desk staff barely understand English - when I asked if we can have the room with city view (road side one), she just pointed at the some random number in a paper which didn't really answer our question. The internet was super slow, not recommended for remote work.

Convenient location within walking distance to Osaka station and lots of local stores and conbini's. Got what we paid for considering the area and Japan hotels.

Rooms could only have one medium suitcase open at a time and we had to close it up and move it whilst we weren't getting anything out/packing something away.

The breakfast was awesome. I really loved the beef curry. Also the area is pretty close to Umeda station and surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel looks like you are teleported back to the 90s.

The location is very good. It’s near the main train station and lost of restaurants and shops near the hotel. The staff are very accommodating. They tried their best to speak and understand english.

The room has decent size. It’s just our room seemed hot compared to the other rooms that we booked.

It is not easy to find a room for 3persons. Near the shopping streets. A lot of restaurants nearby.It is quite far away from railway station, especially when you lost the way

Colour of carpet has been worn out. The air conditioner is too old. It can't function well. Also WiFi is weak.
