1. Fixed parking fees are on a daily basis, and multiple entries are not feasible unless you pay again the fixed parking fees. 2. Tape water in the washroom is weak, but the shower water is strong.

The breakfast was really good, with a variety of japanese and western food and you could also request to take out your breakfast in case you did not have the time to properly have it in there. In the looby you have free stuff to pick up such as tooth paste, tooth brush, razors, facial creams, hair gel, etc. The TV in the room would inform you about the breakfast and public bathroom congestion situation which was really helpful in order to know what time to go there. They also have the possibility to have lunch/dinner at the restaurant (which is not included in the fee), and although you did not have a lot of options, the food was really good. They provide you with coffee/tea and bottles of water in the room. The location was a few blocks from the subway.

The room did not have enough space to keep the luggage (in our case, two big suitcases), since it did not have space under the bed nor in any other corner of the room.

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms. The staff at the front desk were lovely and super helpful, happy to speak English but tolerated my Japanese too 😅. Well equipped facilities like Laundry, spa, fitness suite, etc. Very good location for tourists too. Osaka locals tend to answer your Japanese pleasantries with English pleasantries which I always find wholesome.

Not much to dislike, the hotel is reasonably priced with excellent customer service and clear signs and descriptions for English speakers.

Location was very close to a famous market (not sure the name). Many food options nearby in that market at nighttime especially. We were there couple hours before the check-in time but the staff was asking for extra money if we wanted to check-in before time. I thought that was a little unprofessional considering the room was ready and we carried all that luggage from the train station to the hotel (good 20 min walk). But I guess I do understand their POV hence 10 stars.

Great large room with comfy beds, plenty of amenities provided for free, staff was very friendly and helpful (spoke English as well). Onsen was open late, though we did not use it. Location was good, not far from main attractions and near to Osaka station.

Pillows were quite hard and shower was a bit tricky (very deep tub but short). There was only one coin op laundry for the entire hotel (located in the changing room for the onsen).

Loved the location, the onsen, the view from the room, the staff. There is everything one would expect in a Japanese hotel: amenities, cleanliness, quietness.

The gym was kind of a small joke so I didn't use it at all. Also, the fire alarm evacuation at 2am was not pleasant. Had to move rooms because the AC went out upon return to the room. Staff certainly worked hard to help everyone, though, so certainly not their fault at all.

We arrived early and the staff were very helpful in going through the 'pre check-in' process (passports etc) and offering to take our luggage to allow us to go sightseeing before the agreed 3pm arrival. We used the Onsen which was very very clean and modern. We stayed for 3 nights and it was well placed from the main train stations and subways.

There was nothing to note.

- washing machine was good, has a Passcode so no strangers can remove your clothes, wash and dry together - automated check out machines, very fast check out - has public baths, although did not use as was crowded - close to many food options, walkable to train stations (approx 10min?)

- public baths very crowded (but we went during golden week) - room is abit tight - no shelter or driving drop off to hotel entrance (was raining when we arrived)

Visual impression is good both outside and inside Stuff is attentive and helpful Don’t expect big rooms, but for Japan standards the sizes are ok We had also good view, it was quiet so all was great with the room and facilities Tried the breakfast and then took it all the days. The distance from the nearest metro stations wasn’t so close but we did not feel the way was too long Glad we chose this one

The amenities in this location is great, and having a public bath was a great bonus. Nice that a washing machine was also available, but that depends on whether another guest is using it. There's a coin laundry near the hotel, so it wasn't too big of an issue.

It wasn't too big of an issue since we only stayed for a few days, but it would be nice if the towels that were used can be removed from the room even without cleaning the room as they were starting to pile up.
