The breakfast are ok the location is good besides the convenience store, one block to the McDonald's and the Jr railway as many as restaurants close to it.
The room was too small same as the bed.

I liked how staffs were very professional. I was also surprised that they provided new towels on the second day even if I didn't ask for a room cleaning.
The location is a bit far from the main station (Osaka/ Umeda station).

The staff were helpful throughout my stay, the hotel was always clean and the cleaners took special care when making up the room. There was a good choice of breakfast options, all though it was a bit overpriced. The amenities were sufficient. The laundromat was also helpful, easy to use and usually available. It's located near the train station and right next to family mart.
The bed was a little uncomfortable but it is fine for a lighter/smaller person. The location itself was a little dodgy, with questionable people in the area. I definitely didn't feel safe after dark, walking to the hotel.

Very friendly and co-operative staff. They gave me kettle, extra pillow, table lamp etc. There is a Family mart on next door.
Very small room and too congested. There is no space even to keep suitcase. The bed hit all the three sides of the room wall. A so called table is just enough size to keep your laptop. No chair to sit. Only a stool. Not enough light in the room. Cannot sit on the toilet properly. Hit on the wall. I noticed that when all neighbor hotels are full, this hotel has only very few guests and most rooms were vacant.

Personal was helpfull, breakfast was ok. Location also good.
The room was a bit scarry. ugly, like an old hospital room. not so clean and not confortable. No decoration or courtains at all. I dont know but I didnt feel good in that room. The price should be half.
