room was fine, staff always available, staff speaks english well,, vending machine for drinks is at the front desk, location is great!
not really something super negative, but as it is a big city you hear noises and wents from outside the hotel. currently breakfast is only japanese and needs to be picked up at the frontdesk and eaten in your room (due to covid restrictions). what I thought was weired was when the frontdesk told me that I need to leave my roomkeycard at the frontdesk, so the staff can clean the room. otherwise it won't be cleaned.

Very comfortable rooms, small but spacious for Japan. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom set up was very nice, modern and spacious (for Japan). The room was very clean and included all the things you would expect from a basic hotel such as a desk, chair, kettle and cups, luggage stand, fridge, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, robes with slippers, and clothes hangers (although not many places to hang clothes). The area the hotel in is great, close to lots of food options and only a 20 min train ride from the main tourist areas and walking distance to places like Nakazakichō and the Umeda Sky Building. Higashi-Umeda station is 350m from the hotel so I used that as my ‘base’ station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let me borrow an umbrella on days where it was raining. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. I found it very comfortable, modern, and convenient and I would definitely stay here again.
I was staying on my own so found the room spacious but it might feel cramped with two people. I could sometimes hear the people above me if they moved their chairs etc but this wasn’t loud or often enough to bother me. You have to request for your room to be cleaned during your stay. Again this didn’t bother me and all you have to do is ask and they will so I didn’t find it to be a big deal. There is really nothing I didn’t like. My stay here was great!

Hotel is very near main Osaka station (perfect for train connections), supermarket and many dining places. Tasty Japanese breakfast for true Japan experience. Refrigerator in the room. USB charger at the bed. Bed mattress was hard (depends of the personal preference).
The booking price was inflated, since I made reservation few days before stay. Breakfast was in the room because of corona precautions. No wardrobe or drawers to put some clothes in. No hook in the shower for towel.

Good quality budget hotel close to Osaka Station. The room was slightly bigger than the usual chains (APA, etc), but the real bonus was a proper '3-room' bathroom with separate WC and a full-size bath. Loads of great restaurant options nearby too, including one of Osaka's best low-key sushi joints.
Room was slightly shabby in places, but only in very minor ways that I probably wouldn't even have noticed anywhere but Japan.

Managed to have earlier check in to get the room. The staffs are friendly and communicate well. The rooms are bigger compared to our other hotel. Has chair and desk. Split shower room and toilet is fabulous. Bathtub is big. Daily housekeeping. Vending machine available. Sleeping gown and slippers changed daily. Close to the train station
No enough cloth hangers and no wardrobe to store our luggages. No washing machine available which is inconvenient. The pillows are on the soft side.

The hotel was very handy for the city centre. It took ~15-20min to walk to the Osaka Station City where the Osaka JR lines main station is found. I stayed for ~10 days, and had the breakfast (Japanese style). Over such a relatively long period of time, I got the know the staff a little. I always found them polite and very helpful in answering my questions.

The staff has been really kind and, differently from other hotels, they speak English really well. The room was really spacious and clean. The wider one we found in our trip in Japan. Quality/ price are excellent
Everything’s perfect. Only the shower bathroom part could be improved.

Perfecto location easy acceso, can leave luggage before checkin and after checkout
They never cleaned the coffee/por area nor washed/replaced the coffee mugs. And the shower is very umconfortable they way it was places in an angle. The bathtub is amazing but you need to invest time into that

Very clean and quiet, big bedroom with nice bathroom including a bath. Good location in north Osaka, close to the (very confusing) Umeda station complex
Maybe somewhere to hang clothes in the room would be helpful? There were a couple of hooks but no wardrobe.

Good location right near the entertainment district and entrances to the train station . Greta value , great staff and the room has everything you need at the price you pay
Double room was two beds pushed together which was fine but has its downsides.
